Hidden fees seem very scammy.
Didn't work, when I complained and left a bad review they threatened to blacklist my phone.

The service I experienced was amazing; I got exactly what I needed without too much stress. Compared to what I had to deal with trying to sort my phone out with the provider. Even though you have to pay for getting your phone unlocked it was well worth it. Vodafone were no help!

Well that was FAST!

IPhone 6 unlocked in less that 5 minutes.

When searching the web for mobile unlocking services, you will come across a multitude of sites. Beware! MobileUnlocks is a genuine site. Be aware there are two payments required, a pre-order and an unlocking service. Mine took about a week, with a live tracker you can check progress on.

I'm very happy with service. I would use mobileunlocks again.

Not £7.99 mine was £11.99 to do checks witch I thought was to unlock the phone NOPE then asked for the final payment of £26 SCUM then they said the couldn't unlock it and they will be in touch so I went on EE website and unlocked the phone for free instantly

Paid 15+111$ for unlocking. But unable to get good results

A great time.e savi g way to get a phone unlocked. Definitely beats going Into to find a phone shop to do it.

Was easy at first pay £11 for unlock within 30mins. Paid. Then it will take up to 5days and you have to pay a further £26. After a couple more days we are having a problem with EE unlocking your phone so will have to get in touch with manufacturers so now up to 10days. Following day manufacturers can't unlock now we will give you your money back on a voucher to put towards our field technician who charges £56. You will have to plug your phone into a computer (which I don't have one)and go online for him to unlock your phone. Sent an email back to Jody who wrote the previous email to me and been ignored and they haven't been In touch since. To me I seems like it a complete scam and would NOT RECOMMEND using to anyone.

Given price of £11.99 with no mention of other fees or limited service at that price.

Once my money was paid, I was basically held at ransom for another £26 because hidden in the terms and conditions it says the £11.99 is basically just a non refundable deposit.

Absolutely horrendous.

The service did exactly what it was asked of although the pricing could do with a little more clarity.

Exceptionally easy, took a very short time and the information that was needed was very easy to find, and all done from the comfort of my home. Would not hesitate to recommend Mobile Unlocks to any one needing a phone unlocked.

It was late in evening and I needed my phone unlocked.
I had no idea my phone was locked to the point in wanted mck numbers to unlock it so, I had two make 3 separate payments, which I wish they can give you one fee and go from there, how through email communication straight away, It took 1hour 30mins to get this done, under £60
Now I can use my phone with both Sims.

After being ripped off and constantly asking for more money all the time and still not getting sorted I dis more research on Google and dis it myself for free! Stop ripling people off!

Charges are not clearly stated, they lead you in falsely advertising a price... which is not the full price...then take days to actually provide a code.

THEN they offer you £10 to write a review for them...which they never pay...and then ignore all communication!

I was dissatisfied with was the cost. Firstly I payed just over £13 then to go on to pay another £26 was discusseding which I could got done at a shop for the first amount I paid so for that I was not a happy person.

Very simple to unlock my locked phone with this company.
Would definitely recommend.
From start to finish they took me through every step and kept me informed of the progress.
Within one hour my phone was unlocked.

Quick and easy process to follow and your phone is unlocked within 24 hours. Gave a 4 star rating because of the unexpected second charge at the half way stage of the process. Total cost was 3 times original quote but did get the phone unlocked

I was a bit sceptical that this was a scam. Paid the first fee and didn't read the T's&C's properly and had to pay a further £26. It seems like this is a regular question as they have a polite reply ready for when you ask the question. This doubled down my scepticism! I should hat have worried, they kept me up to date throughout and it stood less than 48 hours for the phone to unlock. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend.
