First off they lead me in saying it was $7.00 then after some "tests" it says $85 to finish unlocking. 4 weeks later my order is stuck at "95% complete" and my phone is still locked. Customer service is giving me all kinds of excuses. Several of which the respondent says "i have expedited your unlock" and "I have personally activated your unlock"
I am certain this is a total scam.
They ask for a small fee first. A mere $29. Then they send an email stating that the carrier is asking for a fee to unlock the phone which is $80. After three weeks they just say the carrier didn't unlock the phone and that you have agreed to their terms regarding refund policy.
Found an unlocked Iphone in my van, asked all my peeps. No one claimed it, unlocked no sim, and no Icloud lock. I checked if lost or stolen, it was clean. Originally thought it was a T-Mobil but they said it was a Verizon phone and wanted more money. I paid it, and it's been tracked a 95 % for about two months. I've sent them three messages and have not gotten one reply, I did a little research and turns out that after 60 day Verizon unlocks there phones. If they are reported lost, stolen, or under contract they are locked. I'm sure they knew that before they asked for more money and no intention to unlock
Realicé el pago por servicio premium y el medidor se quedó en 99%, ya va para un mes de esa manera, el comercio no devuelve el dinero y solo da de largas diciendo que debo esperar más tiempo, lo que en realidad está pasando es que están esperando a que no se pueda reclamar el movimiento en el banco( cosa que ya hize), las opiniones positivas que tienen son falsas, no hay manera de conectarse con ellos. Firstly, I was told to pay, $26, then another payment of $79. It' was 95% completed for over 4 weeks, before they gave me the activation code.
But the code isn't working. It's showing incorrect activation/unlocking code. Please rectify and fix it.
