Almost impossible task previously - now easily rectified myself at home for a small fee?
So I thought! The Mobile Unlock did NOT work successfully & I was provided with little support to successfully over-ride any issues. I was NOT entitled to even a partial refund.

They make you pay ridiculous fees to just not do what you want. Not worth it in any way shape or form

Simple to use thus far. Hoping its not a scam. I wish they would tell you the total cost upfront and not lead you to believe that it's only $29 then hit you with another fee to complete process.

I have been waiting for a while,theres not emails or phone number to reach the personal.Im still waiting to unlock my phone,and no way to get in touch with then.What to do?

Easy to navigate website and very simple straight forward processes

I used this service because they claimed it was going to be an "Instant" unlock. That is not the case so it was useless for me.

Just wanted to give a quick review of customer support. It's taking much longer than projected to deliver my unlocks. On a positive note tho. I emailed customer support and they responded immediately. So I'm feeling positive that my orders will be delivered based solely on the quick response time from customer service.

Make you pay 13,49 € to know if your phone is eligible for unlock then asks for another tax to unlock it.

Will say the price to unlock is 29 dollars. After waiting 24 hours they send an additional bill of 54 dollars. 78 dollars total to unlock a phone that if you call your service provider they will do free.

Eventhoug i already receive just one mail asking for the second payment, after that nothing. Sent 4 mails asking for my order but the ansewer was they're working on that.

Charged $29 to unlock. Only to turn around and ask for an additional $189. Scam city

Paid 28.99 only to receive a email 2 days later for another 50bucks to unlock thw phone misleading and phone is blocked but they didn't tell me that lwy me pay for nothing and no refund

I was stupid and ordered the $29 unlock service for my iPhone 14 Pro through mobileunlocked.com. Upon completion of my order. And before seeing any results, I was prompted to rate their website. ALL THE RATINGS ARE FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE ONLY ORDERED. NONE ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY SAW RESULTS. My "unlock" was pending at 20% for 24 hrs, then I received an email telling me that an additional $39 was required in addition to the original, NON-REFUNDABLE $29 that was paid. Don't be stupid like me and fall for this scam.

So far they are one of the slowest unlock companies I've dealt with yet it's been 2 weeks or more since I ordered the unlock it said for the Xfinity unlock it would only take 24 to 72 hours. It's been over two weeks that is ridiculous for an unlock. I'm very dissatisfied. I will not be coming back to them for any more unlocks and I paid $139 for the unlock.

I tried to contact customer service no answer. We have 3 orders. No unlocked all 3 orders. Still 95 %. Is already more 1 weeks
