First thought was it's a fair price. But to finish process was an additional charge added to the process. Reason given was to make up loss revenue for cell carrier!? The phone had been off line for six months and all my other phones are with the same carrier. At this point I won't finish the process.

Very unclear instructions.

Plus I was unable to use my credit card of choice.

I initially paid $29. A few minutes later I called Tmobile and they unlocked my phone immediately, over the phone. I asked for a refund and they didn't offer it, after 2 days they asked me for another $180 to give me I don't know what unlock code. Be careful, the money they ask for at the beginning is not all they want, others will ask you too. I only lost $29.

Not good over a week phone still locked to Verizon, got to 95 percent and never finished, they said up too 72 hrs not a week, and still locked $85 dollars down the drain, could have got a unlock phone from Walmart at about the same price

My phone was never unlocked. When I received email that my phone had been verified abs could be unlocked, it didn't work

It's cheaper to buy an unlocked dongle on ebay than to use this service.

First thing $29 for unlocking that's totally lie. 2nd thing within 24 to 72 hours will be unlock but its more then 1 week no response nothing.

Still to get an experience though, but I like the the process of ordering, straight forward and simple.

They 1st said $29.95 and you would get unlock immediately, well that didn't happen. 48hrs later they said they needed another $89.00. Well I paid it mind you this was a prepaid ATT phone that I bought a different sim car for. I get an email after saying 24 to 72hrs that was over a week ago! I contacted support very rude, saying read the fine print we have 30 days. I was like this isn't what you advertised, and I have an email from you guys saying this. Same rude response saying if I dispute charges they would file a claim for up to $500. It's like just do what you advertised and what you said on your emails period! Beware do not use them they don't do what they promis

Awful awful don't know didn't ever unlock phone just wanted more money

This is a scam and they took my money. It's been three weeks and my phone still isn't unlocked but you guys are sending emails saying it is I want a refund immediately

It's been over 10 days and after spending $127, my phone is still locked. I tried to email them but the address was no good.
