Online you'll find many, many serious complaints mixed with brief, 5-star reviews about this company. Do you know what that means? It means the company writes their own glowing reviews to offset all the complaints from angry customers. This happens whenever you encounter a sneaky, dishonest company. There is a good reason the BBB gave this company their lowest rating of F. I almost placed my own order, but discovered their advertised "sales" are fake and delivery can take forever. Don't believe a word they say. Once they have your money, you'll be at their mercy.

Would like to know whats underneath and sides of products. And measurement's of the
Drain hole to floor, etc. I get most of my Info from Reviews that tell me more then the site,, beyond that Fairly informative,, and if they could ask what type of delivery you would like or are going to give you would be nice. I had A 35 pound plastic 54 inch tub delivered on a 48 foot tractor trailer. And had to make an appointment for delivery, and of course delivery was very late.,

This is great place to shop for your Mobile Home parts. I have been able to find everything we needed to fix our windows with and they ship it super fast. I am so impressed with this store. I wish I could give them a lot more stars than just 5.

We are in AZ and were not affected by the storms on the East Coast in Sept. 2018. We placed our order during the middle of storms/flooding hitting Mobile Home Parts Store. We waited for verification of our order a week. Then I sent an e-mail and received notice they had lost power / Internet... and had gotten back on-line the day before my e-mail to them. Received notice next day our order had been shipped. We received it within a week. I apologize for our lack of knowledge of your weather conditions... yes, it was on the news... I did not put 2 and 2 together. We thank you for a great product and the service you provided once you had power / Internet working again.

I ordered 10 foundation vents with thermostats from Mobile Home Parts Store a few months ago and while initially I gave this company a five start review for fast shipping my honest assessment of them now has changed dramatically since I received them. First the information given by their customer service agent was incorrect. They cannot be installed vertically as their customer service agent said they could. I asked specifically if they could be installed vertically before ordering them. Their agent checked with someone before telling me that yes they would work vertically. After I received them I looked them over and it was fairly apparent that they would probably not work vertically. So I contacted the original manufacturer who told me they would not work correctly if installed vertically. I contacted Mobile Home Parts Store after this and they said that even though their customer service agent stated that they would work vertically they couldn't guarantee that they would work that way. I asked if I could send them back they said no problem just pay the return shipping costs. So I take them to UPS to send back and its going to cost $80 to ship them back. I asked Mobile Home Parts if they would split the cost of shipping them back since it was their customer service agent who gave me the wrong information. They said no and they didn't feel responsible since people buy items all the time that don't work as intended. Why would I have bought these vents to install vertically if they won't work as intended? Seems kind of counterproductive! So after spending $197 to get 10 of them and pay for the initial shipping I'm supposed to pay $80 to ship them back and be out of pocket a total of $120 to get back a few dollars and still not have the items I need? Wake up Mobile Home Parts Store your customer service agent made the mistake! I wasn't even looking for a full refund but just a split of the return shipping costs. I will never buy anything from this retailer again and I will make sure to tell anyone I encounter to avoid them at all costs.

The delivery was faster than I believed was possible, that would be 6 stars, but in one package one of the clips was missing, and I had to use (had them on hand) different size screws (6) for the one piece. In the other package no screws, not 1, again I had screws available, but really. Who packed these things Stevie Wonder? After they were installed the product did the job I wanted, so i ended up happy with the finished product.
