The bugs were loving the hole in my RV's screen door where the slide belongs. That is until I found the perfect replacement at the Mobile Home Parts Store. The replacement actually came in a color that is easy to live with where so many hands touch it... black. I have bought much more that had terrible shipping packaging from other companies. This company has it together.
I ordered electrical items and these are outstanding. I have been looking to try to find quality electrical items with no luck.

I got my product in perfect order. All thou the add was a little misleading with next day delivery butt I'm satisfied with the product. It took frome 1-31-19 to 2-5-19 for me to have product in hand.
I purchased an exterior swing out door for my mh. It has a diamond window and it has literally cracked from the window edges to the doors edge on both sides of the window. So basically my door has cracked in half and when I called to ask about a warranty or return policy she first suggested I purchased it from someone else and then said she has no record of the sale. Of course you don't! So do your homework people it is not worth the headache to do buisiness with people that treat their customers this way... bye Felicia

This company specializes in fleecing the customer out of extra money for "backordered" items, does not inform the customer that it has very few of the advertised items in stock, and will hold your order and money hostage if they wish. The customer service team is a CRUEL JOKE. The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude, refused to let me speak with her manager, whom I had already been in touch with through email and as she said was "sitting right next to her". Throughout the email process with their manager, Syerra Robinson, I was continuously disappointed with multiple issues on their part. When I tried to cancel an order for which I received no confirmation other than the funds leaving my account, they demanded a 30% restocking fee. I agreed to pay the fee to get them out of my hair and recover at least some of my money, to which they replied that I must email them again. I have paragraphs of emails between myself and Syerra. If I had seen some of these reviews I would have never done business with them in the first place. The better business bureau gave this company the lowest grade of F by the way. They fabricate many of their good reviews in order to rob unsuspecting customers like myself. I am disgusted and would not EVER do business with this company ever again.
I could not find the type I needed anywhere local, so I got on-line and found Mobile Home Parts Store and to my surprise they have everything. They were easy to order and fast to get here.
Great products and fast shipping. Only thing I wish that were different is the shipping cost. We want to make another order but the shipping is going to cost more than the products so we're hesitant. This order the shipping and products cost about the same but we really needed our outlet covers. Overall though, great business.

Mobile Home Parts Store had parts I couldn't find anywhere else. UPS delivered my order with 3 out of 4 parts damaged. When I contacted Mobile Home Parts Store they offered a refund or to resend my order. I opted to have them resend. Hopefully UPS will do a better job this time. Good customer service from Mobile Home Parts Store!
Mobile Home Parts Store was easy to deal with and I received the parts quickly. They looked well packaged, however 3 of the 4 parts were marred in shipping. We are going to see if we can sand and paint but we are disappointed that this happened. UPS problem not Mobile Home Parts Store issue. We paid almost as much to ship as the parts cost. And can't find this part anywhere else.
Looked in Lowe's and home Depot but could not find what I needed. Looked on mobile home spare parts and found the item immediately. It was dispatched quickly. Thank you for your quick service. Will definitely use this company again
The grate fit my fifthwheel floor heat duct perfectly. The order came very quickly, however I only ordered 2 because the amount for shopping really went up for 3!
