Please don't waste your time. This is not a "paying" app as it advertises that it is. You must make daily purchases in odrder to level up and make points. I have been playing for over a month now and have been putting in hours upon hours of playing their games. I have yet to make a dime.

I literally went to verify the verify button doesn't work and it only shows a white screen. Don't get this app its a waste of life.

Never pays the rewards that I have earned from purchases the when you contact them they play email tag then want you to prove your Google pay purchases which they already have records of they try to give you the big run around scammers

Not even worth 1 star. This platform is a scam. They block you if you earn too many points saying that you violated Terms of Service. Customer Service only sends automatic, pregenerated text in response that doesn't resolve any issues nor reactivate account. Heed the reviews. Do not waste your time. Mistplay needs to be reported and shut down for fraud.

I was robbed by mustplay of my latest PayPal $10 card. Contacted support - no response... just straight kept my $. Don't recommend.Been using 4 mths but not anymore

I did not want to believe it was the scam, but I was never to able to collect any rewards. After I accumulated enough for about $10, they blocked my account. So I never received any rewards. After emailing them for over 2 weeks and constantly getting automated responses, they finally sent this message:
Thank you for contacting Mistplay Support.
I've taken a look at our database and it appears that your account has been blocked for violating our terms of use, which means your account cannot be reactivated. That is BS, I never violated any of their terms. I see that others have had the same issue. I guess that's what they do when they do not want to pay out, especially if they feel that you are earning points too fast. I stopped playing because I felt I'm not going to allow them to keep earning money off of me.

Mistplay uses Prepaid Digital Solutions (PDS) for the gift card you can redeem. I have repeated to PDS 3 times now via email that I have waited the 20 business days to get my pre-paid Mastercard and they keep sending the same automated reply that I should wait 15-20 business days. What a scam! Heed the warnings. There's no wonder it's a one star rating company in satisfaction. I feel I wasted months and hours playing games on Mistplay for nothing! Oh and by the way, when you redeem a prepaid Mastercard gift card you get money deducted. I ordered a $15 card and they docked me $3! What a rip off!

I have emailed mistplay twice now. The first card of $15 went through ok. The last 2 cards $5 and $15 never showed up and when it did ($15) to be able to use! The skipped payment of $5 never showed up. The $15 did finally get to me after 72hrs nothing happened and I couldn't use it. Seems like a scam to get your phones information. After deleting this app my battery usage went way up? Funny thing is they want you to provide a screenshot that my phone has told me I cannot do! Future people be aware really seems like a scan to me!

It is unfair to get rid of PayPal without notifying your players. Mistplay took my rewards points in exchange for 10 dollar gift card that was never received or my reward points. Not a good way to do business undermining people. Not good.

This is the best app ever I highly recommend it you're not going to be disappointed you're going to have to wait 48 hrs for a giftcard amazon visa starbucks paypal game stop eta they got it you can also choose a game to play and earn points hope you enjoy playing it as much as I do.

Easy and decently quick on receiving the email to claim which ever choice that you chose. I would recommend it

Mistplay is one of those apps, where you earn points for playing games. I am using it more than a year, runs smooth, never had issues, plenty of games to play, everyone will find favorite genre there. To receive gift card usually takes 48 hours, but you will always receive it. Exchange it for Google play, Amazon, Paypal, VISA, Xbox, GameStop, Playstation, Starbucks, H&M, Nintendo, Sephora, Spotify, ebay - gift cards. They add new games weekly and have regular contest, where winner get 10,000 units (worth over 30 US dollars) I am not playing every day, but during that time earned 71,718 units, what is worth over 200 US dollars. So, if you like playing mobile games, this app is worth to try and has fastest and easiest way to earn gift cards, comparing to other similar apps, tried them all and Mistplay is my favorite!

The great thing about the internet, is that you can read the experiences of others.

Company has a habit cancelling acounts and not paying!

I'm still waiting for my £5 and not holding my breath...
