I've been emailing them daily about dozens of issues for almost a month and all they're doing is gaslighting me, lying to me, stalling me by asking the same questions over and over again, and just completely ignoring me. They currently owe me at least $35 in giftcards (and that might not seem like a lot, but times are really tough right now, and I'm spending like 6 hours a day trying to earn as much as I can so we can afford a month of groceries). A few days ago they tried to shut me up by sending fake giftcards, and when I told them that wouldn't work on me, they started ignoring me again. They also keep giving me tasks for games I don't have or want because half of them are also scams, and not counting tasks that by now I've spent around $50 completing, so I feel like they should give me a refund for that, but I've told them this many times and they won't even acknowledge it. I also get pop-ups about every 5 minutes (many times during timed games and levels) telling me mistplay has stopped working, and making me click on the pop-ups just to make it start working again. I feel like I deserve a paycheck for having to remind them to do their jobs, and doing they're jobs for them so much. At first I had pretty much no problems with it, they seem to like acting legitimate until they think they've convinced you they are, then they just sit back and scam you like they think you you don't have 2 brain cells to rub together. I'd highly recommend that no one should bother with the app, you'll just have your money and time wasted.

This app is very deceptive and tricks you out of getting paid. I have been saving points since September to get a $50 gift card, which was shown in the shop as 10,500 points for the past 6 months. But suddenly today when I have over 10,500 points and go to cash out for the $50 card, it suddenly costs over 12,500 points. This is not a coincidence, they change the points you receive and the costs for gift cards as you get closer to cashing out. This app is a scam and a waste of time, I have wasted over 100 hours and they keep moving the goal posts so they won't have to pay me. User BEWARE.

Bring Google play card back they disappeared for over a month I even tried deleted my account and got a new one loosing more than 1000 in the process I have enough coding knowledge to know that it isn't a glitch you clearly changed some code because you clearly put effort into removing the spot where the Google play cards should be bring them back

I'm starting to really think the positive reviews are paid for, because the time it took me to build almost £10 was on only boosted games, I find it very unlikely people are making $15 daily, added the hold accounts for no reason stating terms breached while not provide details or which or how, their appeals process they direct you to is a sham, and you aren't likely to be one of these magical lucky ones who gets to payout, I've seen so many reviews where accounts were held up on payout, I didn't even get that far, my phone died midgame and when I turned it on and started up mistplay, account held go submit and appeal. I've been appealing for month and now I'm at my end, the app is going, all games linked and im trying to find a way to make legitimate complains against the company, if so many have had tome wasted, I'm not an error they won't fix, I'm a pattern they've produced purposely, of clumping genuine player customers in with scammers.

Right after I requested a $15 gift card that I had earned, they put my account on hold for a violation of the TOS and refused payout. All I did was play boosted games, along with a couple that I play frequently.

The boosted games included slots and solitaire games. Mistplay refused to tell me what they claimed I had violated, and I know without a doubt that I didn't violate any of the terms of service. I played games supplied and promoted by Mistplay, occasionally unpleasant ones, to try to boost points. They have an F score with the BBB, where the majority of the complaints were identical to mine.

When I lodged a formal complaint, their only response was that the account would remain banned. Hopefully, a class action will be forthcoming.

I've played the games forever to get to 4500 points and them when I tried to get my PayPal paid, it keeps telling me that there is already an account under this email. I have reached out to several different people send I've still not received and help or any money...

If you're willing to trade your phone space and time for the potential of getting money go ahead and download. Like many others they decided to ban me without saying why or offering an opportunity to remedy whatever it is they detected.

Luckily i didn't trust them and cashed out in $10 increments but that's obviously too much for them and my account was banned. So if you hoard your earnings you'll be in for a rude awakening and won't get the payout you think you're getting.

There is no way I could begin to write the trouble i had with this so called earn money app. But just suffice it to say DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It is a scam and you will not receive any reward for points earned. They should be reported to someone for the way they scam people.

What a scam. I played for months, then as soon as I have enough, I cash in my points for a $50 amazon gift card. Got the confirmation email and points were taken. When I reached out to customer support they said "Hello,

Unfortunately, we are unable to reactivate your account or provide further details at this time.

What a scam

This app is ran by foreign aliens, and no not green men from Mars or Neptune,I am talking about those turban wearing folk over seas, they say you violat thea tums of suvice so to spek.

I played on this app for months and always found a reasoning that they wouldn't pay you do not load this garbage it is false advertising I never received one penny

The app keeps shutting down during game play. The site does pay, but not the amount they claim. Kashkick is better.

I've never used MistPlay, or other "play games for gift cards apps". But it sounds too good to be true. I do remember an online scam, which I unfortunately fell for once, where you participate in surveys and earn $100 and $500 Wal-Mart gift cards for answering questions. Spoiler Alert: There was no gift cards. They are just fishing your personal information, getting you to select deals/download apps, and then nothing happens. It acts like you haven't selected any deals, even if you have. If you're lucky, like I was, you get your email account spammed really bad. If you're not so lucky, you might become a victim of identity theft (they ask personal questions, fishing for banking information, credit card information, personal income, disability payments). Whether it's answering surveys for gift cards or playing games for gift cards, the gift cards are never going to come. It's a scam. Don't waste your time or money. Otherwise, some shyster is getting rich dishonestly by stealing from you. That's all I can say about this.

I have spent hundreds of hours and even with my banking information I still have never received anything from them. I do not get a response from customer service it's just an automatic message with zero help. I am going to make sure everyone in my city and spread the word that this IS a scam!

Where you have to install a new game every time and not to win. I did it four times every time. I haven't even came close

I played for several days and never got more that 644 pts. I guess you have to buy, buy, buy! At first, the points came qui, then stopped.

I have been using this site for about 6 months and the only problem I have with it is the drop down notifications that affect game play sometimes. I just turned in my points for $100 and used it for Christmas shopping on Amazon. Totally worth it!

Love how easy it is to find a game that i enjoy. Redeeming points for gift cards couldn't go smoother.

Let's just be honest, I am going to play games on my mobile device, so I may as well get rewarded for that! Mistplay makes that possible by rewarding me for time spent playing games. I am able to choose from a large variety of giftcards, and it doesn't get much better than this! I've been a loyal mistplayer for quite a few years now, and they never let me down!
