We purchased this item for our RV awning to add a tropical feel. The nosels that were installed didn't work no matter what we did to clean them. Luckily it came with some extras that did work. You must pull the tubing taught so the misters don't move which we did with a few small bungies. It works great and we love them! We received lots of compliments. Wish we could've gotten ones with 6 misters instead of 4. We would definitely recommend this product!

Overall I have had a great experience. My only complaint is that I feel I was misled with my original purchase of a misting pump that was ill suited for my needs. To be fair, the people I spoke with did recommend the commercial grade pump, but said that the one I was buying would be sufficient. As it turned out it was not, and caused me a few problems with my greenhouse, but the customer service representatives made it easy for me to return the pump for a full refund and purchase a new, more powerful unit. I would definitely recommend this company to others, and in fact, I have.

Our order was shipped to Canada. I had asked to have it sent USPS but I was told they can only send "international" orders by courier. My order was about $30. The shipping was $70 and then because the paperwork was handled in correctly Fedex charged another $35 for customs clearing after the fact. I realize you may not understand about shipping to Canada but it could have been mailed here for under $10. Due to uninformed policies, treating Canadian orders as international only and not offering mail as an option, our shipping was more than three times the value of the order. When I complained about this no one even bothered to acknowledge this. I realize only positive comments are allowed on this board but this is a realistic report of what occurred and perhaps someone can find this beneficial.

I paid WAY too much for cheap plastic hoses and very inferior quality misting valves. They produce sputters not mist. All the money was wasted. It should have sold for $5 but that wouldn't even be worth it. No one took the time to see if it was a quality product and I still want my money back. After seeing other similar units in action and their good quality this was a huge disappointment, we looked forward to having this in our back porch last summer but no way.

I ordered 44 nozzles based not the same model number as my existing nozzles, at a cost of almost $500. I paid several hundred dollars to have them installed on my home for my insect misting system.
When I activated the system the first time, I found they were not dripless and allowed all fluid to run out of the system after pressurization. They looked identical and had the same model number stamped on them as my previous nozzles, but the interior pieces were different.
When I contacted Mist Cooling their rep told me that the manufacturer of that model number changed their design a few years ago, but I could not return them since I had run fluid thru them...once.
He offered not discount or remedy other than to order more nozzles.
I'm very unhappy with the lack of clarification that the same model number was not the same nozzles, so I just wasted about $ 750. Will not be ordering from Mist Cooling again.
