Good product at good price
I never send out negative reviews, but my system was very expensive.
1) I wanted to extend my tubing and I found out that you have to buy the tubing from them. You can't go to Home Depot or anywhere for this tubing.
2). Two weeks in and 4 out of 10 nozzles stopped working.
The ones that work are great and I would suggest buying a high power mister, just not the one that they make.
I ordered 4 misting nozzles from this site around December. Items sat in shipping package until June when I finally broke them out for the summer. First trial, NONE of them worked. I had ordered the anti drip nozzles which require a minimum pressure of 70 psi. I attached a gauge while the masters were attached and got a reading of just over 100 psi. Pressure wasn't the issue. Emailed support and was told since it was outside of return period there was nothing they could do. I understand being outside of return period, fine, fair enough. But for all 4 nozzles to fail to function. There is no excuse for that at all. Sold me trash and hid behind return policy. Gave two stars instead of one because atleast they responded to me email.
Love our misters. Keeps the patio much cooler in the summer. Works great, easy buy, shipping and install.
