Pictures and detail could be improved on, but didn't prevent me from completing my order. The shipping was ridiculously quick, a day after I ordered I had called in to find something out, by this time the package was already getting shipped.
The service and delivery is excellent, but nozzles are a little pricy. But the delivery time almost makes up for it.
Very helpful person on the telephone. I HAD ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT HOW TO POSSIBLY MAKE THE UNIT QUIETER AND THE PERSON i SPOKE WITH TOOK MY NAME AND NUMBER AND SAID SOMEONE IN SUPPORT WOULD CALL. HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE ON THAT ISSUE. CAN I WRAP SOMETHIGN AROUNG THE UNIT TO MAKE IT QUIETER OR DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS.
