We were facing a July 4th holiday with sweltering weather and were desperate for a cooling mister for our patio. Fortunately, we found the mistcooling.com website and placed our order. We worried that it wouldn't be delivered on time but arrived a few days before the big barbecue so my husband was able to install it. It was great! Very easy to use and very effective!

You can hunt all over the Internet for what you need and then keep hunting for the price you want to pay. Alternately, you can shop at mist cooling and get it all in one stop. I've made several orders here, and had zero issues with quality, selection, or price. In regards to price, good luck finding tree's and T's of this quality at a better price anywhere.

At this point, I doubt I'll ever look for another company to purchase a misting unit from.

I have had 2 paddles break. One was replaced under warranty, one was not. I have had to rebuild paddle with metal reinforcement, small bolts and adhesive which last longer than the original part. Paddle design needs thicker section to last longer and not break in half.

Easy straight foreward product. It has stood up to my abuse.

The mist system only works for the first few months. Then the nozzles got clogged up and no matter what we did they wouldn't work so we haven't used it for a season

The High Pressure Mist Kit 1500PSI was very, very noisy, there was a technician who helped my handyman to try and resolve, but we switched between copper pipes and then back to the plastic ones, but vibrations were bad still. Also, the nozzles all had to be replaced after just 6 months, not cheap and overall I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Works 66% of the time and they say that's to be expected.

This product is great for those hot summer days. I use mine mostly on the golf course. The misting action of this device makes it so much better than regular handheld fans. I highly recommend this product.

I didn't want to give a star to you. We returned your item and you didn't refund the money to us. You told us that you didn't get the items. We lost tracking paper what we returned back the items. I don't believe you that you didn't get the returned items. We return some items online, they pay immediately. You did cheating us. Don't buy anything from them, they are liar.

Good product, good prices and fast delivery. Overall a very good experience.
