STAY AWAY FROM THESE ONLINE RETAILERS
I ordered a dress UK size 16, when it finally arrived the size was more like a size 12 and also not a lot like the photo listed on the site. I have sent about 10 emails in the space of 5 days yet and only one response which had asked me to send photo so the can solve the issue, which I did but still they ignore my emails, I have been on the so called Live chat twice and again nobody has answered my request. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and have now reported them to my Credit card company, I hope that they will have better luck than I have. Oh and to top it off today I received a bill from TNT for customs - not happy is an understatement. So beware with this company because in my eyes the whole process is theft and they seem to be lawless.

Do not buy from Missydress.co.uk
Never use this company.
I ordered a dress, but got a dress that does not fit on the goals I have written to them when I ordered the dress.

There is no help from this company, even though they write that there is a 7 day return policy. They will not answer my inquiries, no help to get another dress or get the to fit.

I have now contacted my bank so i can get my money back. With help from borth the bank and the credit card company

I'm very indecisive about whether I should order the dress of my dreams or not! The majority of customers are saying not to use the website, but any others have rated it 5 stars and said it was amazing! Where does everyone live? Maybe it's something to do with shipping. Maybe they just mixed up your orders, or maybe they truly are a bad company. I haven't found a better dress out of the twelve sites I have visited, so I wonder if my hopes be shattered.

Couldn't help but notice that the only replies I get from this site are via e-mail though. Do the live chats even work?

We ordered my daughters prom dress and paid for it then a couple of days later saw the reviews about this website. We were both so worried and had basically written it off to a bad experience as we though the dress would be bad.
How wrong! The dress is absolutely stunning. Really well made, true to size and length. Beautifully lined, colour and material exactly as ordered. The beading was a little different to picture on website but it was still lovely. We have breathed a huge sigh of relief and thoroughly happy with our purchase. They do give very clear size measurement for each dress and I did make sure we measured my daughter correctly and picked the best size to fit. She is a size 8 in the uk and we ordered an 8 which fitted perfectly.

Do not use this website, the dress was lovely but do not trust their sizing it was about 2 sizes smaller, when I tried to contact them I didn't get a very pleasant reply, so I'm stuck with a £100 dress that will not be able to alter, or get a refund.

DO NOT use this website, is advice I received from the Consumer Advice helpline, as they are not a UK based company, so should anything go wrong with your order you are in their hands whether or not they sort out your complaint. You have no legal comeback with them.
I ordered a prom dress from them for my daughter and when it arrived it had stains on it, and looked somewhat like the picture, but not as nice.
Contacted them the same day as it was delivered to ask for a returns form as their returns policy states, as do not want it in this condition. They have not sent the form and have suggested I have it cleaned, which goes against their returns policy which states they will not accept washes items back.
Have not heard from them since then although have sent a further four emails asking for a returns form and my money back.
DO NOT USE THEM,

I wish I had read some reviews before ordering my dress for a wedding. I made the mistake of ordering a dress as pictured as I thought it looked great in the photos. Unfortunately I did not save the photos and the very next day I made an order they charge the photos! So the new photos was a dress of a completely different colour that I would not have chosen in a million years! And its not a surprise that the dress that arrived is that colour which I did not want. I tried contacting MissyDress but they are taking their time to respond. It is doubtful that I will received a refund even if I send the dress back. I will try contacting my credit card company. Another thing is that it was listed in GBP but on my statement it was Chinese Yuan so I had to pay the conversion rate. They did not mention that anywhere on the website! Buyers be warned!

Stay away from this site!
Absolutely terrible, cheap, wrong tailored product!
We have bought a wedding dress which is thousand miles away from advertised pictures.
The company is based in CHINA, so you also pay customs!
Customer service for after sale issue is 0. No replays, nothing...
Please stay away, don't get ripped off, and all the 5* reviews are non sense and fake!

Stay away from this company. They are rude and unprofessional. Jaime on Live Chat has the customer service skills of Attila the Hun and was not interested in helping us. We ordered one Prom dress but the auto reply e-mail listed THREE. We immediately emailed them and just had a garbled reply listing the three order numbers. Using Live Chat with Jaime was like pulling teeth, he/she was rude and totally unhelpful and disinterested. As soon as they realised we were complaining they stopped responding on the chat. We contacted the credit card company and stopped the transactions. We've had a lucky escape so please avoid these rip off merchants before you get caught. They are clearly a stack it high sell it low company who just want volume sales. They are not interested in sorting out issues for individuals

I ordered my prom dress on boxing day 2013. It seemed you were able to track your dress and it was in processing for quite a while. We tried to track the dress today and it wouldn't let my mother log in so we tried going directly to the site through google only to find a completely different site. We tried going through the link for the dress only to find the domain name had changed to missydress.

I am yet to received my dress
Try being 15 and not knowing if your prom dress is going to arrive or not. So upsetting.

Fantastic quality, fully lined dress as described. Excellent material, very heavy and extremely comfortable to wear. Paid for fast delivery and arrived even sooner than I expected. Rally good, would recommend and I will definitely be ordering again in the future! Thank you Missy! :)

I agree with the other reviewer DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is cheap dresses which don't look like anything on the website. They don't have a customer service it is awful and they reply in very limited English. The dress I ordered for my daughters formal arrived but did not look like the picture and had a very noticeable brown stain on the hip area. I contacted MISSYDRESS straight away and I have been told to "wipe stain" "please forgiveness" etc etc and now they have said after 16 emails that I could ship it back at my expense and they would refund me 15 pounds! I paid 158 pounds for the dress and have now received another bill for 28 pounds from TNT for import duties.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you will get a cheap dress and lots of hassle. Buy from your own local dress makers
