I am disappointed in the quality of customer service Miss Lola provided. They seem to not care about their customers, though I've been a client for a while this is the first time I've dealt with a faulty item. This time I had ordered a hat from their site which resulted defective, I explained to them I'll be out of town as I was requesting a refund to my purchase while I returned the item before the month passes. Somehow they provided me a label indicating I ONLY had 7 DAYS to return the item to be eligible for a full refund. I didn't even end up returning the item because they are now refusing to give me my refund and have said they will only provide store credit as if I'm interested in purchasing from them after experiencing incompetent customer service. Not to mention I got directed to a supervisor and she instead of taking their time to solve my issue, she was too busy making smart remarks proving why they are right and I am wrong. I highly recommend not to buy from this site. It's too bad they have lots of cute clothing yet their service is trash.

I returned a dress that I didn't wore I returned in perfect condition and now they're saying that is not approved. I'm not the first person having the same problem with this store. They're just keeping our money. Please check this store.

Disgusting what they're doing, i checked the return policy before purchasing and read just enough where ti stated WE PROCESS REFUNDS. However f you continue to read they then state only credit. IT SHOUD NOT BE LEGAL TO USE THE WORD REFUN IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS!

My packaged never delivered. I communicated from day one miss LOLA customer service and claims department keeps giving me the run around. The day they said package delivered. I pulled my security cameras and ups never came that day. MISS LOLA DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE MY 3 PAIRS OF BOOTS OR REFUND ME. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. I WILL NOT EXCEPT THIS.

I bought a pair of heels that looked cheap. It looked differently from the photos on the website. When it arrived, the heels didn't fit properly so I wanted to return them for the fact that it doesn't fit and it looked cheap. I always check sizing but usually when something does not fit, reputable customer service would be glad to help and refund the item. With Miss Lola, they told me upon the return that the item was damaged. I returned them the way it was sent to me. I never wore it out and even had to pay my own shipping for return. We have been emailing back and forth that they will not refund me for the item. This is where I decided I will no longer buy from them and letting everyone know how they will accuse you for a damage item when it was not damaged. Last final thought, I had called about this situation and the person over the phone told me this matter would only be dealt over an email. I didn't understand why I couldn't just tell that person over the phone about this matter.

I've been searching to find the most perfect and comfortable summer sandals that weren't too high and that didn't hurt my feet. I was able to find what I was looking for with Miss Lola. Ever since I got them I have not stopped wearing them. These sandals practically go with anything and I always get a lot of compliments whenever I wear them.

After 10 days I received my order broken! I had to pay 30$ to ship it back and after 14 days (only when I wrote to them) they said they don't want to reimbourse me! And I have to pay another time for them to ship the items back to me! I regret so much that I dont took pictures before return and trusted them

This company is so inconsistent. Each of their shoes sold have different brands and sizes, and one of the Miss Lola branded shoes I purchased came as a different label. I wish this would have been listed as so, instead of marketed as Miss Lola branded shoes. The two pairs I ordered luckily fit, but the same size in both had entirely different fits. Beware of their return policy as well, because you have to pay to return. They sell out of sizes so quickly as well, so I'd say it's not worth the stress to buy from here. There was cute pink packaging that the order came in, but that can't be the selling point for me. Save yourself the time and stress (and likely money too) and find a shoe store or website that has free refunds.

I hate liars that refuse to do their jobs

Purchased some shoes On Black Friday the very next day was sent an email saying that my shoes were shipped out it's literally 11 days later and I still have not received my shoes I've called to find out If I'm able to pick my shoes up because I've never been shipped and every time I call someone lies to me and tells me my shoes are with ontrac
So of course you can simply call Ontrack and ask them they said that Miss Lola never sent my shoes so I can't even rearrange pick up or anything like that they just didn't want to help but they want your money so as soon as my shoes come I'm definitely taking them back I don't appreciate being lied to just tell the truth and it will just work out now I have to figure out whenever they're going to see my shoes so I can have someone hold him while I'm out of town since I took them almost 2 weeks to send them in the first place.

Designer Boot Dupes!

I was obsessed with these boots when I first saw them but I knew I needed to stay in my budget and the designer ones wouldn't fit into my budget. So I found these Chloe Betty boots dupes from Miss Lola and are in love with them! They look a little big, but I got my size 6 and they fit great. They will be perfect for the colder months with thick socks. Great quality and great dupes.

I placed a return. It was delivered. Two weeks have gone by since the delivery of my return and they still didn't email me confirming my return. I messaged them on Instagram, to which they responded. Shortly after I got an email say my return arrived. (Yes I know! It arrived 2 weeks ago! And that I'll get an email 24-72 hrs after when the return is processed). 5 days pass and still no email. I messaged them on Instagram. They responded and said customer service will reach out to me. Nothing. They owe me money and I'll take it to court if I have to :)

Disappointed in my order I placed for 4 pairs of shoes! They all run WAY too small, even though the website says true to size. They don't give you a return label either. So if something is wrong with your order, it'll cost YOU their mistake. The shoes aren't labeled "miss Lola" either. They get their shoes from third party retailers and charge their customers double/triple in price. Beware of this company!

While shopping online most of the shoes I really liked were already sold out in my size, so I was excited when I found others I liked that were my size. Unfortunately they all fit small and were sold out in the other sizes so I couldn't exchange them. I also bought a dress that fit good but the material was thin and see through.

I ordered a pair of heel from them for my birthday and they sent me wrong order and money was already taken from my account. When I asked for my order they asked me to return the wrong order and the main thing is they don't even provide you with the return label. I had to print label on my own which took me extra 17$. I had to pay extra money for their mistake. This is so frustrating and irresponsible. Never ordering again. They ruined my birthday.
