PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MISSIN LOOK! THEY ARE THE WORSE! I ORDERED FROM THEM IN MARCH OF 2021 AND MY ORDER HAVE NOT GOTTEN TO ME YET! I CANT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. THERES NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM ON. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
They are all thieves. You won't get what you pay for the quality is garbage. Ruined my plans for NYE. Wish I could post of picture of the garbage they sent versus the garbage. I am requesting a credit from my credit card company and I am not wasting my time trying to send it back.

This company is the most fraudulent business I have ever encountered. I was hoaxed into buying items from them based on the modeled clothes on their website. I ordered the clothes in August for Christmas presents and did not receive them until December 30th. Not only were they late in arriving, but the quality was so poor until I actually threw all three pieces in the trash. The jeans felt and looked like cardboard, the jumpsuit was stitched so poorly in the back until the zipper had all my goodies showing and the leather skirt was far from that and closer to what we used to call fake leather - "pleather". I would advise any and everyone who has had a had experience with missinlook to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. I love nice clothes and don't mind spending money from them but what I am not going to do is allow a no-name, faceless, corny $#*!, cheap clothing company with no morals or conscience bilk me out of my money. So, please join me in making every effort to ignite an investigation into the criminal practices of this company with the goal of having them shut down, put out of business FOR GOOD.

I ordered a couple of items for my daughters for her birthday to go away with on her trip. The only good thing I could say about this company is that my merchandise came in an adequate time. The quality of the merchandise is beyond poor and cheap! My daughter stated nothing fit and she didn't like the quality. Told me to send it all back and get my money back. I contacted this company for 4 months going back and forth with the return process. 1st they told me if would cost me more to ship it back because the warehouse was located in China. I told them I didn't mind I'll take my chances. 2nd they offered me a refund of 40% then 30% then 20%. Excuse me! Am I being marked down! This not let's make a deal! Then asked me if there wasn't a friend I could give it to and a refund of 20% with a 15% discount on my next order. Why would I give anybody this poorly made, cheap material product. My friends wear quality clothes! Not this cheap stuff! Needless to say I never received my refund, never got to return cheesy merchandise and I do not ever recommend this site ever! It's a SHAM! RIP OFF! NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED AT ALL! Please do not order from this site unless you enjoy getting the runaround and being truly dissatisfied!

Upon receiving the jeans I purchased from Missinlook, I contacted them on 9/10/2019 to advise them of the defective item they sent me. I explained in great detail that the knee section of the jeans was substantially narrower than the section below and above the knee section which made it impossible for the knee to pass through to pull the jeans up. The jeans do not stretch at all. The company replied by asking me for photos of the item size. After I provided what they requested, they go on to tell me that they know I can still wear the item so how about I keep the item and they refund me 25% of the cost. I went on to explain to them that I don't want the item because it is not wearable for an adult, maybe a child but then the upper portion of the jeans would be too large. I continue to explain to Missinlook that the jeans were defective and I wanted to return the jeans for a full refund because they were not like the item in the picture. We went back and forth with no resolution; I can provide copies of the email correspondence. Needless to say, they told me they would gladly refund my money if I paid for shipping to return the defective item back to them. I explain to them that I shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to pay for the return of a defective item to the company. Eventually, I contacted my bank to file a dispute, which went nowhere because I still have the defective jeans. I shouldn't have to pay the cost of return the defective jeans, I did nothing wrong. If this company sends defective jeans to every customer that orders these jeans, then offer a 25% refund on jeans that of course they charged more than they actually paid. This company would make a killing off of selling defective items, offer a small refund, and still make a profit. Meanwhile, the customer is unhappy with useless jeans. The company knows they dispute wouldn't be ruled in my favor because I still have the merchandise. They never offered a return label to return the item and they pay the shipping cost since it is there fault. Their return policy on their website states, #3: "We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault." This statement is completely false; they have not taken responsibility for the poor quality material that is their fault.

I wish I could give them a 0. I bought 2 items from them it took me over a month to get the items. Then when they arrive they are not the correct size. I tried to return them and they said they are in CHINA and it would be expensive for me to return because I have to pay the shipping costs. They will not give me my money back and I have stuff I cannot wear. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I am in Atlanta, GA and I ordered a white jumpsuit for my friend's wedding. I was very surprised that the order arrived on time especially after I read all these other reviews. I had a backup outfit, but I wanted to get the jumpsuit anyway. Overall, I am happy with my order and I was grateful that it arrived in a little over 2 weeks - and no I did not pay for express shipping. Or no one forced me to write a good review. I Love, Love, my order and I got so many compliments when I wore it. I would definitely order here again.

I would like to let everyone know who reads this. Never order anything from this company ever. They lied about the shipping process. I paid for express shipping it took them at least 3weeks for my pants to come. When I finally received my pants. They were way too big. I ordered a large the pants they send me were cheap Material and they were like a 2x or 3x. They did not want to give my money back. They wanted me to give my pants to a friend or family and wanted me to purchase something else and they would give me 30% off my next purchase. I don't suggest anyone to order from them. Save your time and money. It's sooooo not worth it.

Ladies if I can say something nice about this merchant it would be save your money. This is a scam company that goes by several different names please beware and before you purchase from these online merchants google their reviews and the companies I promise you it will save you your time money and keep you stress free I ordered from this company missinlook OMG the worst it took almost a month to get half of my order and still haven't gotten the other half but my bank did refund me my money and filed a disputed and a fraud claim against this company so ladies please do your research I know the clothing and things look great but it's a joke once you get them if you get them is the real

The outfit I purchased was suppose to be dark brown nice 2 piece pant suit (1st picture). When. I received the merchandise is is a reddish burgandy (2nd pic). Totally different color and cheap matetial. I reached out to the company 4× expressing my concerns. They keep nessaging me back with the same autonated message. Finally I found the enail address from my tracking info and messaged them only to get basically we can give you 25% of your money back. Please read message in (3 pic). This company is scamming people by false advertising. The address on your shipment is a California address and the email says China. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!
