I ordered 3 items EXPRESS Sept 5th only to finally be delivered 1 item. This Is a total scam. I have submitted my claim to have my money refunded back ASAP
I have never been so disappointed! All reviews I saw were nothing like these otherwise I would have kept my money! Cheap as hell! Do not order from them. I also paid for express NOT!
I ordered one dress just to see if I would get it. I received it in three wks. Don't rely on their shipping updates it's not accurate but I did receive my dress. Only suggestion is by two sizes up. I purchased 5 more dresses and paid for express shipping let's see what happens

I wear a size 10, ordered Jean's size large and couldn't pull them up. I asked for a refund and they told me to give them to a friend and they will give me 30% off next order! There will be no next order from me!
1st of all, this company doesn't work on weekends they have not kept their promise in sending my dress I ordered July 11th and I'm typing this message on August 12th. The only responses I received was it's on its way, well false promises, I was promised a discount and credit on my next item never received anything about it, and I can't take any pictures because I'm still waiting for the merchandise
The company only refunds a max of 25% of your order. Whomever I corresponded with refused to offer the address to return the merchandise. I requested an address 4 times only to have the company constantly ask me if I had any friends who could wear the items. They offered a 30% off coupon in the future which I will never use.
Don't EVER buy from them! They are located in Hong Kong and you will NEVER hear from them! Not a word from them in 3 months! I've sent countless emails to the company email that PayPal gave to me... NO RESPONSE! Thank GOD I used PayPal and they gave me a full refund. Thank PayPal!
Ordered from missinlook and it took a very long time to receive the items. Upon receipt, the items look as though I sewed them together with low quality material. Additionally, everything I ordered was not included in the box nor was there a inventory receipt!
Don't let the cuteness fool you. Save yourself the time, headache and aggravation
Anyway, I ordered a few cute shirts, so I thought and never received them after two weeks. I sent a few emails, and all I received were apologies, and excuse. After two times of that I informed them I no longer want the items. I told them I will be going to give them a bad review for their customer services. They still tried to stall, but I was over it at this point. I put in a claim with my CC company. I knew that after 30 days I won't be able to put in a claim. They still was telling me the items were on the way. From May 29 to June 20 I never receive my items. PLEASE do not buy from this company.! PLEASE stay away from this company!
