Amazing! The dress was super pretty and the color was beautiful. The quality seemed really nice too.

DO NOT BUY FROM MISSACC!
I bought a dress online from MISSACC for my daughter's wedding, it was not cheap, including postage cost over $200. When it arrived, the label said it was a size 12 as I had ordered however the actual size was about a size 18! Upon inspection of the dress I saw there were pen marks on the material! I emailed MISSACC to complain and request a refund and they replied that the pen marks were common due to dressmakers marks but would wash off with water and offered me $20 for compensation if I just kept the dress! I said no thanks, I would like a full refund including shipping costs due to the damaged item I received, which is promised on their website. I then did not hear back from them for about a week until I started leaving negative reviews on their social media posts. At that time they emailed back to offer me $30 if I kept the dress or i could return it at my own cost to a very vague address in China. I am VERY wary of spending more money to return the dress to an incomplete address: Missacc, Jewelry Town, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China ******* I have requested an actual street address to send it back to but as yet have heard nothing. After posting a bad review on another site they tried to bribe me to take the review down, hence why they have few 1 star ratings on these review sites! My suggestion is that you STAY AWAY FROM MISSACC! Good to see you are doing your research, something I wish I had done ahead of ordering.

Bellissimo abito, era un po' grande avevo preso tg 36 It per me che sono alta 1.60 cm e peso 53 kg. L'ho fatto stringere dalla sarta. Stupendo

The dress looks different from the picture. Tailoring has been done very unprofessionally with dosens of deffects. Besides tailoring deffects, the fit is not good. The price is too high for getting this quality.

The dresses are beautifully made and are worth the price but be careful. I ordered a dress and didn't realise the bodice was boned so no give and the waistband sat a little high for me making it uncomfortable to breathe. I tried to return and was advised not to as I would end up paying more in custom taxes etc. They offered me a £35 refund and I keep the dress (which is no good to me). I had already ordered a second dress from them which was more forgiving in the fit and I got a lot of compliments. So be careful to measure yourself and check the size guides.

The design was as per the picture. However the execution was poor. Although the skirt part was beautiful (even if it was too long), the bodice was all wrong. The waist was loose, went in at the bust (more ike a size 6 than a size 10) and the bust was far too high. The zip got stuck and my dress maker said it was because it was sown too close. The lace wasn't lace, it was rigid material. Although like the design, the dimensions were not for the size 10 dress I ordered and the dress cannot be altered to make it wearable.

The dress arrived a little later than expected but on time for my event. I had the dress made to my measurements and the dress fitted me perfectly. The construction was well tailored, the dress was fully lined and had built in bra cups. It did come quite creased so I needed to give it a good steam. Anyone thinking of ordering from Missacc, don't hesitate as you can be assured of a great quality, well made garment that is exactly as the photos. In fact, I saw the same dress I ordered on another company's website, which was five times more expensive than my Missacc dress, great price too. I would order again.

Great communication, dress was as described, true to size, daughter looked beautiful to partner to a school formal at a reasonable price.

The dresses arrived very quickly and they are very well made. The lining is superb and I have never had an issue with them. I buy from them on a regular basis and I love wearing the dresses and I will continue to buy them

The gown was pretty. I am impressed with the level of service that seems accessible here- especially the customization option.
