Amazing dress! I ordered custom size and so happy that I did. This dress fits perfectly. There is nothing I don't love about it.

The dress was not as pictured but it was close. The packaging was very thin & arrived ripped opened almost around the entire circumference of the bag. Due to this, I checked the gown & the tulle on the bottom of the gown was ripped. I contacted customer service about the damaged gown, sent photos and requested a refund. They offered a $30 refund to get a tailor to fix it, I declined, then they offered me $50. I had to explain that I already purchased another gown because I couldn't wait with my wedding date so close. The customer service representative sent me an email stating that "principally" my gown is custom so they don't have to give me a refund. I replied that "principally" the site states that refunds apply to damaged or incorrect items & my gown was damaged. If they continue to unnecessarily go back and forth, I'll simply contact my bank to have the charge reversed. I would not recommend this company.

I was excited to wear the wedding dress I ordered until received it in person. The lace details, structure, and color are far from the campaign photo. Customer service minimized my concerns and only offered a $40 refund. I now need to buy a new dress for my wedding.

My dress arrived early and it is so beautiful. It fits me perfectly and the material is absolutely lovely. Will definitely be purchasing from missacc again and recommend it to my friends.

I can't even begin to express how happy I was with missacc's wedding dress. I saw it online and had to have it. I was nervous to purchase it without seeing it in person or trying it on, but I made the right choice. It was perfect for me. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered an outfit for a family wedding, the were many good options. I had "Katie" help me with the custom size. It arrived on time and looks great.

Flower girl dresses very satisfactory, very pleased with them.
Bridesmaids dresses however. I don't know if it's a design issue but they were hopelessly ill fitting along the neckline and shoulders. I sent custom measurement so I expect that will be blamed. They fitted fine but the dropped sleeve detail came far too big, falling right off the shoulder instead of fitting the upper arm. They are beautiful in all respects apart from that which unfortunately rendered them unwearable as it would have been very difficult to get them altered in time. Very very disappointing
