I was supposed to get my order three weeks ago - although they have 'escalated' my issue, i still don't have an estimated delivery date.

Ordered a navratri lehenga full mirror work and the skirt they gave was faulty with few mirrors broken and no refund, return or exchange policy even. No compensation given. Very disappointed n dissatisfied with the purchase. Least they could do was offer a replacement but despite asking they refused.

I have been struggling to return a poor quality product for more than a week. My emails, whatsapp messages and phonecalls are unanswered. I don't even have the option to initiate the return of the item on the App as the products delivered to me were not logged as delivered. Based on my recent experience, I will not support Mirraw in future.

I purchased something online on sep 12th and was sent an email that it will be delivered on sep 24th. The email had a track order link, I started looking /tracking about a week after I purchased and there was no progress at all. When I go to the website there is a chat live link for watsapp, I sent them two messages and no one bothered to reply. Today I get an email that the item
Will be delivered on October 2nd. It goes to show the terrible attitude towards customer service. I will Never purchase from them again

I have received the wrong size and now they want me to return this via courier within 72 hours and bear the cost of return. Completey unacceptable. Please avoid this seller.

Ordered two Suits worth of Rs/- 12,000, worst experience, worst fabric, its like you bought is from the roadside stall sale. Would never buy anything.

I place my ordered Rudraksh Pendent on 1st Sep. And I requested to them to delivery on 8th Sep because 9th Sep i want to give as Birthday gift to someone. They promised me they will delivery on time. Strat from 7th i was try to reached them no one was replying my message and till 9th Sep. One person reply me on 12th Sep and giving me the reason that there was a 3 days holidays in Mumbai, seriously like joke. After that he gives me another reason that there was a courier issue, I really don't understand that if you guys cannot delivery on time after promise at lease you should inform me so i can arrange from somewhere else. Really unacceptable very disappoint. Never will order again and never recommend to anyone.

It's been 11 days since I placed the order. The order is not processed yet. But the estimated delivery date was 16 days after order placement. I live in canada and I have no hope that the shipment is gonna be here in next 3 days. Asked customer support several times about the delivery but no answer. This is my first order and would a last one too.

The blouse was too small and not according to the measurements I gave. It arrived really late and past our event date. The quality was so bad and not at all like the pictures or description. I have been discussing a refund for over a month. They said they would get back to me but never did. They did offer to give me $10 to fix the blouse but how do you fix something that is too small with no material. So they took my $150 I guess as a donation to their company. I told them several times I could mail it back to them but they didn't agree. Since I had no use for the items I mailed it back and they still won't give me back my money.

This is the lowest integrity ecommerce experience I've had in quite a long time. Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a lehenga from here and the shipment took over a month to process. Customer service guaranteed it would be delivered by end of August, and it still hasn't shipped. Given my event is next week, I asked them to cancel and refund the order. They're refusing to give me a refund, even though the website claimed they're "customer friendly" and offer full refunds. Will make sure everyone I know never uses this site in the future.

They are fraud... dont buy from them advertised for 28 inch length necklace got 28cm length necklace they took 40 dollars for that plus shipping... not even anseering my questions... don't get fooled by them

We bought some dress for our kids for a function. It was not properly stitched and not as shown in the website. When we tried to return, they were not ready to accept that dress was defective even after sending the picture. Responding to my email took several weeks. I'll never recommend Mirraw.

Ordered my product in April 2022. Still waiting for the refund for my clothes since they were not delivered. Been calling them, emailing, messaging. Does not have the curtesy to attend the calls or emails! If you want to spend money to these lot. Rethink!

Such a stinking service. All fake and fraud people sitting india and cracking jokes. Dont ever trust them

I ordered $400+ worth of clothing from them since they are from India. Inconsistent sizing, sloppy stitching and ridiculous/senseless products ruined it. Now they want me to either get it fixed by a tailor locally, or ship them back the products paying for postage and customs! They took several days to offer me this solution?

I should have gone with Amazon, Etsy etc instead of these guys who are ruining India's reputation and stealing people's money!

Sometimes no reply but possible due to time difference!
Imram sorted some stuff out for me
I needed the outfit for 1st of august and it arrived same day in the morning. Was a bit tight but ok
Good tracking service, nice dpd driver
Quality is good can't fault it
Green silk Blouse is awesome. Combination is vey nice
Sadly I gave the wrong sleeve size which ended up being bigger, but no issue, I can easily make it smaller
A little disappointed with back design, not same as model, they made the cutting round and I hate round cutting
But again no harm done, just human error
Boys need to be careful next time and I'm sure Sweta will have a quiet word

After several attempts they promised a refund which never recieved and its been three months now. Not sure how do they continue to operate.
