No blouse and petticoat sent with the saree. No fall and pico done but money taken for all extra items. On complaint, only paying back 2 dollars for fall and pico. I cannot use a saree without blouse. Blouse piece not sent though I paid for custom stitching.

I wish i could give you zero star. Scammers! It was my first saree order with you guys which took almost 2 months to reach me and then sent me wrong item that you guys made me pay extra for. When contact support, you took 2 weeks to come up with a solution and when i responded saying i want a refund, you closed my ticket saying i did not respond. Recieved all the balance items after my hubby followed with a call. It was within a week we recieved the items. The items are as per pic. I am pleased. The CS team has to improve their quality of service.
Extremely unprofessional. Have been left hanging for some time. The Customer service team not at all efficient. I ordered 6 items. I had only recieved 2 items and i sent them all the pictures. Have been writing in to them multiple times and no response. I need the items for a family event. I am very pissed off. It's either i get someone to give me an update or do a refund for the balance items. I am extremely pissed.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I had ordered two items from Mirraw but only received one and the one I received was not even the dress I ordered. For an entire month, I repeat A MONTH, I kept contacting customer service but would receive cryptic messages and be left on read when I asked for a refund. On top of that they "claim" I placed two orders but I did not and that both packages have been sent to the right address. First of all, only one of them was actually sent to me and it was not even my order. Secondly, the one they "claim" I ordered was a week late. Even their shipping is bad. I wasted $200 CANADIAN DOLLARS on Mirraw. This company is a scam and does nothing to compensate their bad service. Save yourself the trouble and please do not buy from them.

I ordered lehnga from them and they told me there was a issue with my order on the delivery date, i emailed them and they said they can't fulfil my order. Then by calling them they agreed they will try to ship it and again nothing so far been like 1 and a half month. No refund too, if i email them they say someone will get back to you so thankfully i paid through paypal and dispute the transaction. Its a scam and worst customer service. If you call them it just disconnects automatically.

I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

I placed an order online with Mirraw.com. On January 31 2023. Today is May 15th 2023 and I still HAVE NOT recieved my shipment. At this point my event has passed and I was forced to purchase somthing last minute. NEVER have I ever had to wait this long for any shipment. I have obviously contacted mirraw and *******@mirraw.com and Noone has seemed to help regarding a REFUND. I also reached to their delivery company atlantic tracking, and they too said the shipment is delayed with no real explanation why. At this point I just want my money back $184.09.! First their estimated shipping dates are completely wrong. I ordered 2 sarees weeks ago, and one still hasn't shipped yet. The one that did arrive is completely off the size that I ordered. The worst is their customer service though, their customer care number do now respond to the messages in timely manner and sometimes even ignores your messages. Never ever ordering from them again.

Awful experience, order placed 3 weeks ago still no sign of delivery. No email correspondence nor a call to say why there has been a delay. Only when contacted customer service, its been informed that there has been a problem but no accountability to resolve the issue. All they say is 'will forward the request to concerned dept' awaiting for a reply, which will never happen. Tired of waiting for a response. When asked to speak to the manager, the manager is never available. This shows the level of customer service and the type of standards they maintain. Eventually had no choice but to cancel the order. Delivery was slow. When the saree came, I found that the quality was not up to the mark. Hemming was not done properly; fabric fibers were coming out. Also, the full amount was not refunded on return. They are deducting Rs 305 for return. Had they sent a quality product I would have kept it. For no fault of mine I will be paying Rs 305.

It's a scam! Don't order from this site! They will find every way to rip you off!
I am based in Germany. I ordered a dress (order number: M*******) and when I got it (after 1000 years), I see that it is not fitting me properly! Based on my estimation, I thought of a specific size but later I found I should have gone for a different size. Ideally, in Germany or in any civilized country, you can return the product within certain days without any question or giving a proper reason. But you can return. But in Mirraw, the answer to return is NO!
First, it will take 1000 years to deliver. With the delivery process, they provide ABSOLUTELY no information/update! So you don't know what's going on with the product.
And last but not the least, they have the worst return policy on earth! Not only do you need to bear the shipping cost to India, but you also are not even allowed to return the product if it does not fit you, or if you don't like it after receiving it. So if anything seems nice to you online, you order and after receiving you see it is not what you expected, then boom! You are screwed! It's your fault and you can not send it back and they will not give you money or make any exchange!
It feels like they are some random needy people from India who desperately needs money and they will find every loophole to refuse your claim! Unbelievable!

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
