I made in purchase of 616.00 bucks but 3 days later I noticed still no tracking had come to my email so I called them 7 times before getting a hold of anyone then when they answer the phone they where rude, very unprofessional then to tell me my order was on a back order that I had no acknowledgement of which she stated they sent me in email that I still haven't received and I check my emails daily. At this point I want a full refund back. DO NOT NEVER do business with them
I bought three mini KTX dirt bikes and one of them the transfer case was not sealed there was a gap so I took pictures while it was still in the box and their customer service agent said that, that was not considered damaged and would not take the bike back she told me I should've bought it at a dealership unfortunately you didn't. So they're going to send me a free transfer case that I'll have to install on a brand new bike that should've came out of the box With a split transfer case it should've been sealed like the advertisement said. I could return it if I wanted to pay a restocking fee so I have to pay for them to send me a damaged bike and then I have to pay to send it back that's just bad business I would not recommend this to anybody
There's a reason there is no information about returns/exchanges on their website. Because they are con-artists. I'll be lucky to get half my money back if I return a brand new mini bike based on their shipping requirements and restocking fees. I just wanted to get a bigger one for my son but I'll never spend another dime with this company. Wish I read these reviews before ordering!
Didn't really want to give no stars. This was a bad experience didn't come as promised, didn't get the upgrade as promise been asking for someone to call me back no response. I paid for a Raptor Pocket Bike PB x1400 for 329.00 and received a blade bike for 299.00 was told on an email from Jason Bridges saying sorry for the delay they would send me an upgrade but received a down grade a bike that was cheaper than what I paid. Got ripped off at this point since no one is returning my calls my emails. May need a lawyer at this point my son is not happy and neither am I. Its was a birthday present gone bad. Way to small for him the instructions that were sent was for a dirt bike. Not happy need to return this item and get my money back at this point even though my son wants a bike from this company just cant trust it. Not cool at all. Jason Bridges really needs to call me back
Sadly these very poor reviews are exactly in line with my experience and reason for spending time sharing with other parents looking to purchase a fun riding toy for their children. In a weird way I feel better that many others had same horrible experience. Customer service woman, and I'm certain she is the entire department all herself, is rude and incompetent. Unfortunately she is your only hope to actually help in any way. Here's how your customer service experience will go: You call for any reason, wait 30 min on hold only to reach this horrible woman who requires the original order number to help you. You give up without that as she's never willing to assist further. You search for some email likely deleted but if fortunate you find it. Another 30 min call on hold to finally talk to same incompetent woman again. She will be confused on what parts might be needed for your actual mini bike that she has full specs on. She sends the wrong parts then blames you?! She explains you have to pay return shipping and excessive restocking fee. Horrible experience. Will never buy from them again. You get what you pay for and clearly that includes worst incompetent customer service of your life.

This business has a problem delivering your merchandise on time there's always a problem with ups and deliveries and when you contact these people they have no clue as to why the product has not been shipped the advertisement says one or two business days however that has never been the case I place the order on the 9th then I got a UPS tracking number saying that it would be delivered on the 15th I am still waiting and they said it's been a problem with the delivery I will never do business with these people again I am a returning customer
I was about to place my order for my 4 yr olds birthday. And thankfully i didnt. I had this terrible feeling about my purchase and the website. So I did a little research on www.minipocketrockets.com... and long and behold there was all I needed to know. Had it not been for you all your reviews, I might would have went ahead and made the same mistake as you did. I am so grateful for your confirmation to my suspicious thoughts! You saved my money and my son from awful disappointment. Surely this company knows how much of their products go to kids! How terrible is that! To know absolutely how poor a product is and still take parents money and delight from their child!
If I could give a 0 in rating I would. Ordered one of the Pocket Rockets for my son for Christmas and never got it! I've been trying for 7 months to get money back and just get the run around. Don't do business with this company!
I ordered a tire 2 weeks prior to covid lockdown. I understood the shut down and was ok with not receiving my order. But as of June now I have sent 5 emails and received 0 responses. My final email when I mentioned an attorney all of a sudden I received a response and my money back that I never asked for. I just wanted my tire for my son. Don't do business with this company. Only wants their money.

More than 4 issue with a apache paid $630 + $150 shipping report problem in was told to email a small video to technical they will contact me still 6 days later no response and I reach out everyday through email & message. The company is bull$#*! I have never dealt with a company like this especially with something so expensive. Stay away look else where try something close to home that u know u can take back. Bc they have the bs policy they can't tale back if u put gas in it. How in the $#*! do we pose to know of any problems if u can't get it running
I ordered a bike from this company and it came damaged. The paint was scratched. I emailed company but get no response. Don't waste your money.
These people are ridiculous. The phine never stops ringing and no emails or on site reply from them to my many attemps to ask about my order. They took the money from my account after my second email i had to file a claim with my bank. Worst experience ive had buying online by far!

The item I ordered was on back order, which was a extra 3 weeks wait, it never said on the site. So I asked them to cancel and refund my money.
They told me it'll be 1-3 for your refund.
It's been 8 days.

I want to start off by saying the bike is ku we really like it started right up drives good but customer service is a nightmare did not receive our full safety gear missin 2 of the four items do not purchase safety gear can get cheaper and better from walmart gonna purchase a quad with no saftey gear the product is good not the customer service
Revieved the blade mini pocket rocket four days ago. Have had nothing but complications an customer service says it's on me. I and my son are very upset. He rides to the end of our road after working on it for a few hours and it quits on him so ya my 6 year old isnt to happy to have to push a brand new bike back home he just recieved in the mail if I could give no stars I would. I am a sibglw mother an saved to buy my son this and I'm highly aggravated!

II have been trying to reach this company for over a week. No one answers or calls/emails back. I bought a bike for my granddaughters birthday and it was delivered with a crack in the chain casing. Again, no one will answer back. The one star is for customer service.
