I ordered a purse online for my daughter and received it on time. I have an account with Michael Kors and was supposed to recieve points for my purchase after my item was shipped. It has been like 5 days now and still no points have been added to my account. My points balance is 0. I called customer service and still no points!
It's been a week since I placed the order it's still being processed. It still hasn't left California but you can cancel it. You call customer service and he says if they have anyone on hold for three minutes it hasn't moved because it takes three days before it does well it's been a week. That's what they think. I am going to go on my American Express and put in a dispute. How could a company that used to be so good. Become this disgrace, and they don't care look at all the reviews here they do nothing to improve themselves I will never buy from them again.

I called to the costumer service just to ask that I will get it on time that is how i paid the delivery fee and they said sir you don't have to worry you will get it

I purchased a Large Tote one like the one I have On Cyber Monday at 80% off but they sent me an Extra Small tote tiny bag,I'm returning it!, the lady said it says Extra Small I took a picture of the one I ordered they changed it to Extra Small so they're not at 80% because if it was the small they should've charged me like $50 or less The Large Tote Bag I have originally costs $499 So they're ripping people off making them think they're giving special deals!
We arrived in South Beach missing my wife's shoe bag so ordering replacement shoes were a must.
Selected same day delivery at a cost of $30. Did not show up. Called and was told as ordered at 10:0pm same day delivery really meant next day delivery. Hmmmm.
When did not show up next day was told would arrive in 1 - 3 business days. Told the person I ordered same day. Oh I can see you did. Not sure why initially attempted to mislead me. Then told me there is no tracking available as the items were being shipped from a store and said he cannot access which store.

I recently purchased a man bag from the Michael Kors collection for a man bag. I was very surprised at the lack of outside pockets. I don't want to reach in a deep pocket every time I'm going for my keys, phone, hand sanitizer, wallet. There should be zipper pouches snap pockets all on the outside of his man bags to make them more functionable and usable. The bag is very durable. I just wish it was a better design.
If I could put no stars I would. I bought a coat online. It's way too big and the quality is poor the buttons are falling off and stitching is missing.
I went to return it in the store - and they said they will only give me store credit because I paid via PayPal. I asked to have it back in PayPal account and they said no. It's not apparent in the sales terms - you have to click on a different web link to get the return policy. When I said that's not really acceptable when the item is poor quality they still won't take it back. Only store credit. I called customer service to see if they could help and they basically told me the same thing.

The purse came with a bent clasp from poor packaging. Later after removing the tags to take to work. I noticed the metal hardware was scuffed. Customer service acted as though they were going to assist but later changed their mind. It's sad that you buy from a company that doesn't take pride in their shipping operators or customer service.

Then nothing, chased up when UPS didn't update tracking information to be told that there was a problem with the delivery and the product is being returned to them. I tried to get more information about the cause of the issue but they refused to share. They also couldn't issue a refund until they had the parts back even though they could confirm I hadn't received the goods. They said it could take up to 10 days to issue the refund when the goods are returned.
If I wanted the goods I'd have to re-order them

I placed an order on 20/9.2 days later, I emailed them and request for cancellation (that day, status in process). Unfortunately, CS replied "Unable to cancel your order as it has already left our warehouse and has been handed over to our shipping partner". Ok it seems that I will just have to accept this… it's been 5 days from the date i ordered but the status is still the same! "In process" means it have not been shipped yet? So why can't they accept my cancellation then?! Buy things online from other country can arrive within 1 week! But they keep giving excuses delay because of covid? So frustrated! The bag is quite pricey for me and i will still need to pay tax to my country when the bag arrive. But this kind of service is totally unacceptable. I will not buy from MK again in future.
I purchased 2 bags, worth almost $1000. 00, online. One was super big, and I asked to return it. But since 2 minute clear 'zipties' had been removed, in order to get the 2 bags attached inside, and it was the only way to even see them, or remove from the bags. I tried doing online chat, but they literally kept asking me questions and ending the chat without answering my questions, other than very rudely telling me I can't return if ANY tags, including the tiny clear zip ties are missing! I can TOTALLY understand about the main label tags, but the zip tie, which HAS to be removed to even unzip it is ridiculous! So, in my opinion, they purposely package their products in such a way, that you must remove those clear ties, and their 'policy' ensures you can't possibly return it, leaving you stuck with an unusable pricey bag!
I bought Men purse from Folsom Ca outlet in May and in Jul, strips were coming out.
I took to store to return they were putting us in spot that you make have mishandled it.

I have ordered a bag from this totally pathetic website which I didnt know of and after complete payment online, they are asking electricity bill and after uploading that they are asking to upload the newest one. I bought an item online and 2 weeks later it still didn't arrive. I had to call to find out where my item was and apparently a label was created but never mailed and then item is no longer available. They offered me to buy the item in another color but for the same price I paid.
I asked for a discount and they said no, but they would give me 2 days shipping as a "curtesy."

I would give a negative if I could. I bought 3 handbags in March. One of the zipper broke when I used the purse for the first time. They asked me to send it back, after 6 weeks no word, when I call 1 hour wait, lot of apologies, not addressing the issue with the purse. Then finally I get transferred to quality, who says it can fixed. Week 12 I get my purse with a different colored zipped, which is all crooked. I call Michael Kors again saying I am not satisfied, they say it is the Michael Kors Zipper and that is all they can do. The purse is not even 6 months old and I have used it only once, now it looks like a knockoff. I Don't buy Michael Kors ever!
To continue the poor customer service at Michael Kors. Some of the emails from yesterday and today 7/26-7/27/22. They say they will help then no they won't and now I can pay them to fix the purse. Ridiculous
I have a purse that I paid a lot of money for. I have only used it a week and the purse is deteriorating already. The spots on the purse will not come off because the paint of the purse is defective. I contacted them multiple times to finally receive a message back saying they will not do an exchange or reimbursement for the purse. I will never buy anything Michael Kors again!
Answer: I wouldn't buy from this crook. They will NOT send a refund and lie about it being sent.
