Ordered two dresses with an estimated 18-20 business days to deliver.
-The package was delivered after 57 freaking days.
-Only one dress was delivered and they are not responding for the other missing dress(sent 4 mails on missing dress). Outright scammers.
- The one delivered dress was okay with good fitting but came in a tightly bundled package (all the floral decorations crumbled).
Will never shop with them again. Had i seen the reviews would not have bought here!

I ordered this dress in January for my little girl to be the flower girl in my sisters wedding in June. I ended up Getting an email saying it had to come from China but It never made it. I did share emails back and forth with a Donna when it got closer to time for me needing the dress. She was very nice and assured me that if I would just give it another 18-21 days I would have the dress. That due to the pandemic everything was running slower. Okay, fine. And I was sent an email with a tracking number but the first one I was given simply said the tracking number had been created but a label to be associated with it had not. Then when I brought this up to Donna in one of our correspondences she issued me another tracking number which stated that the package was in China but had not yet shipped. I checked this about every other day, it never moved. Finally, about a week or a little less away from my sisters wedding I simply asked for my money back as I had no indication this package had even left China. I did thankfully get my money refunded. I don't know if all this truly was just simply due to the pandemic or not but I don't plan on ordering from Mia belle again anytime soon. I also incidentally ordered an almost identical dress off Amazon That was half the price and received it within a couple of days.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered shoes for my daughter. They took over a month to arrive and were three sizes too small. When I reached out to the company, I was told I would have to wait for a review team to consider my return. 5 days later I was told they sent the wrong size, if I sent them back and the return process could begin once they arrived. Because of the long shipping process, I asked if they could please ship out the correct order immediately, so that I would not have to wait until the end of July/August to receive a product I ordered in April. I was told no. I was really excited about the shoes, but left very disappointed with the customer service.

DO NOT order from this company! I placed an order for masks, was told twice that they were backed up and so sorry about it. After waiting for one month, I decided to cancel my order. I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. I waited 8 days, still no refund. I reached out again, and was LIED TO! They told me that refunded my money back to my bank account on May 2. Two problems with this... One: I paid by CC, so they didn't have my bank account information, and Two: I didn't request my refund until May 10... so how did they "refund" on May 2. This is a huge disappointment, and now in the middle of a pandemic, I have to try to work this out with my bank to get my money back. Unacceptable business and customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

47 days later and item hasn't shipped. $40 down the drain. No response from customer service. Freaking sham company. Contacted credit card company

No one ever order from Mia Belle Baby EVER! I ordered (two separate orders) four dresses a month and a half before Easter. Easter came and went (no dresses). I emailed them that I wanted to cancel since I had no dresses, and still NO tracking numbers. I received an email back stating that their descriptions plainly stated that items took 21-25 days. I responded back that it had been 45 and still no tracking number, so to cancel my order. To which they responded, I couldn't cancel as my items would be delivered that Friday, but they would give me a 20% refund. Received my items two weeks later, still no refund. Emailed them about never receiving a refund after almost another month, and today I actually received a refund on the order that had the ONE DRESS, but not the one that had THREE DRESSES! How convenient. I will NEVER order from them again EVER. Not smart, as I have 11 grandkids and spend a lot on things for them.

I HAVE PLACED 2 ORDERS SINCE FEB 29 AND DONT HAVE EITHER ORDER. I AM GIVEN A GENERIC RESPONSE THAT IT TAKES 18 - 21 DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED TO ME, I AM PRETTY SURE IF I ORDERED SOMETHING ON FEB 29 I SHOULD HAVE IT NOW. THEY HAVE OFFERED TO REORDER 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES IS THE SAME SITUATION I STILL DONT HAVE THE ITEMS. I KNOW THE WHOLE PLANET IS IN A COVID ISSUE BUT DONT HAVE ME EXPECTING SOMETHING 3 TIMES THAT NEVER EVER ARRIVES. JUST REFUND ME AND I WILL ORDER AGAIN WHEN THIS IS OVER BUT INSTEAD YOU HAVE HAD MY MONEY SINCE FEB AND I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT
