Have bought multiple things from them over the years and had problems on several instances - extreme delays beyond the promised delivery date (as long as 6 weeks once), one order that was never filled, and damaged merchandise - but their customer service always resolved things to my satisfaction. However, recently they did the bait-and-switch on me: they advertised a deal on the price with free shipping. But after I checked out the transaction price didn't include the discounted price or the free shipping. Had 5 email exchanges with 5 different customer sales reps and they all essentially said "Screw you - that is the price." I pointed out that I was a long-standing customer who had spent probably a couple thousand dollars with them over the past few years and they didn't care. Given my collective experiences with them, I would advise everybody to buy from somebody else.
This company is a joke - I purchased a shirt to be a gift for Christmas & that didn't happen b/c this company's antiquated system (they sent an XXL instead of a Small shirt & this happened TWICE). In dealing with customer serviced (for weeks) I've be contacted by Gretchen, Maja, Ritchelle, Bryan, Briccio & Karleen. SIX people who have zero authority to refund my money & I have asked countless times to speak to a supervisor to no avail... It's shameful & criminal how this situation has been handled... I'm still waiting on a refund WEEKS LATER...
DO NOT TRUST! I ordered a Juice World hoodie as a gift for my friend and within 5 minutes decided to cancel as I realized it would be shipped next year late February. Any good and decent company would refund the customer fully as it was within 5 minutes and no packaging or shipment could occur within such a short time period, but these people are CONNIVING. They would reply to my emails every few days saying that they were working on getting me a refund and cancellation as they understood I canceled within 5 minutes. Within a week, you can guess what happened, they said it was too late to give a refund. These are the sort of companies they warn you to not trust when shopping online. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

After reading up on others' experiences, I'm convinced they are con artists. After googling, its no surprise to discover they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.
My experience:
At checkout, my $250 order of a dozen LPs was placed TWICE! — 2 duplicate orders created with the same time stamp. Contacted them right away after receiving two separate confirmation emails and confirming duplicate charges.
3 days later I FINALLY get a response from them telling me "unfortunately, its too late to cancel them because they've already been shipped." I'm angry, but I figure i will just send the duplicate packages back.
So they finally arrive in my building package room (building staff accepts all packages for tenants) and I email Merchbar again, to inquire about how they'd like me to go about getting the duplicate records back to them and THIS is the response I get:
"We're sorry that you weren't able to refuse the delivery for the duplicate records.
We understand that you would like to return them free of charge. Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to accomodate your return request, I am sorry that we're unable to.
Please note that vinyl records can only be returned if defective or damaged. You may check our Returns Policy here for your reference.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. In the meantime, if ever there's something you need assistance with, please feel free to send us a message, and we'll gladly help you.

They didnt send me the t-shirts and they use the name of artist merchandise and don't send it! You will get a cheap copy poster of monsters!
They take your money and dont deliver any product. Their customer service will answer, but will not offer any help and will just make you angrier. They will string you along until your purchase goes through. Do not trust this company. They do not actually have any merchandise, they purchase after you purchase and forward your info to other companies.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY PROTECT THIEVES! My credit card number was stolen at a restaurant (card was new never used before that day - so no online or other way it could have happened) This restaurant employee charged a bunch of stuff on merchbar. I needed the address to which the merch was to be shipped in order to prosecute the right person. I offered to sign a release of liability for merchbar. They REFUSED to help. The rights of thief mattered more to them and of course protecting themselves. It's all they care about... don't care whose money they get... where it goes... or how many people are stolen from. BAD COMPANY, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND NO ETHICS. B E W A R E
I ordered a product from them (praying hands long sleeve Panic! At The Disco Merch). The product was lost in transit, and I contacted them about my situation. They were quick to answer, guiding, helpful and provided me with a full refund correspondent to the amount said product + shipping cost.
While I'm sad I didn't receive my product, I'm also thankful they were super fast to answer, along with providing a refund. I definitely recommend this website (they've got a lot of cool merch)
