Order never sent

I ordered a record on January 2023 which was mentioned in stock. I sent email every month to have news. Always the same answer: your item is in backorder. Finally decided to cancel this week after a 10 months waiting. Obtained refund today. Conclusion: I will never came back

Merchbar scam

Do NOT order from Merchbar. Just look at all the complaints. All of the CDs I have ordered from them were damaged (did get a refund) and I am currently fighting with them on another $50 order.
I exclusively order through Indiemerchstore. They have basically no complaints. Their customer service is great, and they always get everything sent out quickly.

Scam! Beware!

This website is an absolute scam and whoever runs it is scum. PreOrdered something and waited 5 months for it only to end up emailed them and having them tell me there was a fulfillment issue months back and they weren't going to tell me or refund me until I went out of my way to contact them about it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MERCHBAR

First time I bought from Merchbar in May 2023, I had minimal problems and was happy with my merchandise. Ordered again Labor Day weekend. Customer support confirmed two weeks ago that all of the items I ordered are in stock, but it's been nearly two months and they haven't shipped. Seeing comments on their social media and talking to friends, I'm not alone in this predicament. Don't order from them.

Going downhill

I ordered two vinyl albums on 10/06/23 and the status as of 10/20/23 was "in process". I emailed for an update and all they could tell me was that they were having trouble with their shipping and had no idea when these records would actually ship. Say what?! They had my $ and these records were in stock, so why the delay!. Sad, they were my go to store for vinyl but I've dropped them, there are others out there just as good. Btw, they sent me an email that a vinyl record I've been looking for has been released by the label so I ordered the record. On 10/28/22! The status is "open backorder" and they are clueless as to when it will be available. Then what di you send me an email that it was available?! Boooooo...

They will not send you the item you paid for!

It's been a month since I placed my order on Merchbar. I contacted their support and received information:
"Sorry for the delay in shipping your order for the Nickelback Get Rollin' Exclusive Blue & White Galaxy vinyl. We've encountered some fulfillment issues and are unable to provide an estimated ship date, but we're already working closely with our supply partner to get your order out as soon as possible. Rest assured that you'll receive another email as soon as it ships." 2 next weeks passed, I haven't received any updates or the vinyl itself. I requested to cancel my order and return my money, I hope they will do it. I don't know what they count for...? It really feels like a possible scam, such a waste of time, I will never order anything from their page.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a sweatshirt (listed as in stock on the site) 3 months ago which never arrived. I contacted customer support (they only email), and while they were good about responding, their responses said nothing. They blamed shipping and fulfillment issues, so I thought okay, maybe the first got lost and I'll order another (didn't immediately ask for a refund to try to 'ensure' I at least received one). Same thing happened with the second. So then I ordered the same shirt from another site, Rounder Records, with the same issues. I contacted Rounder Records and sure enough, they use Merchbar to fulfill their orders. They are frauds.

I don't know if this company is a scam or just a middleman distributor at the mercy of poor supply management. Either way, their online store advertises shipping within a week, but I still haven't received ordered records two months out. They did reply and offer a cancellation and refund, but noted they were just experiencing "processing" issues. Just weird this company is linked via Spotify. Probably better off from buying from your local record shop, direct via artist or record label.

I should have read the reviews first and saved myself a huge headache. Placed a hefty vinyl order a month ago (all in stock except for 2) and surprise! I get the same runaround rote responses about warehouses and locating stock and "just keep waiting for an update" B.S. Will be canceling for a refund... just hope that isn't a nightmare, too. I'm completely baffled by how this company makes money operating so piss poorly!

Deadbeat company.

Placed an order a month ago. Item never received and no refund, even after the order was canceled. Had to go through the ringer with paypal to get a refund. Pay a couple dollars and order from another company and actually get your item! Avoid.

I attempted to order the same jersey on two separate occasions. After waiting with no notifications concerning the order I wrote several emails to finally a week later receive a response saying my order didn't go through...neither order went through. What a joke this company is. If you really want to receive whatever you order go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Avoid! Reseller scam

Ordered album as a pre-release order (May 2023) and was supposed to ship the day it was released (Aug 2023) but it never came. Called customer service twice and sent email before any information was provided…saying the album was on "backorder" and they could not give an estimate for when it would ship, DESPITE having paid for it 3 months ahead of time and their site showing the album as "in stock." The ONLY thing merchbar got right was promptly refunding my money.

Its been over 50 days since I ordered two vinyl records from Merchbar on 7/5/2023. Each time I've reached out they hide behind fulfillment issues with their partners. BUT - each time I refer to their website (see snapshot attached), the albums I have ordered are listed as "In Stock." Merchbar sells lies and apathy, and couldn't care less about actually delivering the merchandise it sells. Look at all the reviews online and you'll see stories like mine are commonplace.

Deceptive practices

They advertise items as "In Stock" with estimated arrival dates, even a countdown timer on a "sale" when they have no stock. I have ordered a record that is still showing in stock with estimated delivery times of about a week. It has been a month and when you want to cancel they will refuse saying they have already given your money to the actual supplier providing the product. They are basically a glorified pre-order front end for other businesses.

Terrible service

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a record over a month ago. No communication on this whatsoever. When I contacted them about where it is, all I get is an automated template in return, not even addressing my question. They say it has shipped. It hasn't shipped. They just changed the status so I'd stop asking them where my order is. I have no idea if I'm even getting my order at this point because they are so bad at replying to a simple email. I will never order a single thing from this garbage company again.
