I had issues about a charge. Once I contacted them and told them the situation they promptly got back to me and issued me a refund.

Stunk!
June 28, 2016

I took my daughter here because when I called they said the dentist was able to perform a frenectomy. However, when we got to the office for the consultation the dentist looked in her mouth and told us he was incapable of performing the procedure. He then charged us $100. What a racket! Went elsewhere and had the simple procedure done with no problems.

Not sure who these people are, but doing business with sites that have had repeated awards given to them by this "circle", is not much different than getting mugged downtown.

My issue is with Sears.com online store. I have been happily purchasing their Structure Brand Tank Tops for years. In particular the "Stretch Comfort" Style, which I have been very pleased and satisfied with. A couple of years ago they stopped making this style and switched to a "Square Cut" Style. This new "Square Cut" Style is a Horrible fit and the design does not leave enough material in the chest area to prevent my nips from popping out the side - Not Cool. It's an American way of life to expect a CHOICE when we want to purchase a product. I have emailed Sears a couple of times regarding this Lack of Choice with no reply. I have also submitted an unfavorable review about the new "Square Cut" Tank Top to post on the Sears.com website - which after 3 weeks, has not been posted. Merchant Circle is yet another avenue to get the word out. All I am asking for is a CHOICE! It's obvious the New Square Cut Tank Top is not selling as Sears.com has been offering huge discounts to try and move this horribly designed garment. Admit it Sears, this new "Square Cut" design is Awful and is going to continue to sit on the shelf no matter how deep you discount it. How difficult is it to offer a CHOICE?!? Especially an item that has been selling Great for Years? It's no wonder Sears market share has been shrinking over the years, if you don't listen to your customers demands you fall by the way side. Bye, Bye Sears.

I recently went to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos looking for a new car. When I first got I was overwhelmed by the whole process. But then I met Ramon Cano and he was a true sales professional. He listened to all of my questions and answered them politely. He gave me several options that made it very easy for me to chose what I wanted. Many thanks to Ramon and the staff at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore for all of their help.

Absolutely zero customer service! No response in nine months! They " lease" domains for a monthly fee, then when you have good reviews, customer database, etc, the domain expires! No warning, no bill, nothing! To get it back you must "buy" it, for SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF $$ What a SCAM!

This company is exceedingly hard to get erroneous listing changed on. It took me many months to have personal data removed, and I was told by *******@reply-corp.com that it was Google's fault.

Sax man Dan is the ultimate performer. I saw him perform at Ruth Hymans 95th birthday. His range of voice and of song is amazing. He is vibrant, dynamic and engages the audience.

Don't bother writing a review here. If you say ANYTHING negative, you will first be asked to connect to your account through FaceBook and now I bet I will get 1,000 unwanted posts from them on my FB feed... yay.

We had a relationship with Merchant Circle for a year or so, had our company on their web site. They charge between $5-$25 per month or so to have a business presence under their name.
Take our advice if you own a small business and stay away from Merchant Circle. Your advertising funds can be spent elsewhere for a much better return.

MerchantCircle focuses on promoting businesses by using online user reviews via a pseudo paid advertising system. Businesses can create their own local coupon book.

Decent site

Decent site. Helps you promote your business and make connections. User interface could stand to be consolidated and more user friendly but overall a decent site to help you do nothing more than help yourself and others make an honest living.

Merchant circle has its pros and its cons. The pros are for businesses and the cons are for consumers.
Pros - if you're a small business you can submit for free and start coming up in google searches. You can remove negative reviews about your site and network with other businesses.
Cons - if you're a consumer, the business you're writing the review about has the ability to remove your post. There is no verification process or anything like that. It's simply a click of a button.

They will NOT allow you to rate negative reviews for local businesses. That makes their review system rigged and irrelevant. Just... wrong

I would just like to state my opinion on the case workers for the program called..."smoc"... first of all the workers here are drinking and on drugs, not all of them but certain ones that i have come in contact with. They harass and threaten their clients with ficticious storys about what they have seen and what they hear clearly it is a bunch of crap... they do not try to help anyone with the resources that the government has given to this program to help people. They want you to find an apartment but when you ask for the goverment grant to do so there is nothing to help you do this or they will not let you do it...! Alot of their clients do not know anything about the law so they cant pursue this issue because they are scared that it will come back on them making them live on the streets... i myself am not a client but have a friend in this program that is scared to death to speak on it,,, they have threatened her with being in "non-compliance" and pretty much saying that she will be kicked out of the program... they may as well put these people in a jail cell because that is the way the program is run. There are rules that the kids cant even play together or have their toys aloud at the shelters which leave children to doing nothing all day. Amoung many other things... i am looking into a way to deal with this problem legally but i do believe that all their workers should take a mandatory drug test with random drug tests to follow... so if you are in the program watch out and try not to "sneeze' or you will be in "non-compliance" of the rules and put out on the street
