I ordered a sideboard it came within a couple of days flat packed, vary easy to put together looks brilliant in the sitting room, looks expensive but it wasn't, it had a little, damage on one draw front, emailed Mercers, new front posted same day brilliant, looking forward to doing more business with them.

We recently ordered a chest of drawers and had to request some replacement parts and I can only describe Jayne in customer service as exceptional as nothing was too much trouble to get sorted out. Will definitely use Mercers again.
Start to finish, shopping at Mercers online could not have been better. Once we'd ordered it was a fast dispatch and delivery of carefully packed items (bought multiples) by professional delivery team. Our new flat-pack furniture was reasonably easy to assemble and looks beautiful - all of the above are the reasons we will buy again from Mercers and can recommend the company to anyone needing quality flat-pack furniture.
From order to dispatch very quick, but then the problems began. One package was missing believed to have been sent to wrong depot.it never turned up and a replacement package was sent out,this time it was delivered with the contents falling out of the packaging...the courier even returned to my door with a small but never the less component which they found in the van.thankfully nothing was found to be missing!

I have bought Wardrobes/Sideboards/14xBookcases/8xDrawer cabinets - all great and solid wood. Easy to put together. Delivered well and on time. And if you wish in the future you can paint to match any refurb on your rooms. No cheap MDF or chipboard, just solid pine. Great company and great value furniture.

Handles on furniture didn't match, some gun metal grey colour then another item had black. Chip out of sideboard top. Says next day delivery on order but when phoned to ask where order was, told that service not offered or ever been! Lady I delt with was quite rude
