I ordered an Alden belt in May. MenShoeNet charged my credit card immediately, but no belt arrived. I contacted Alden and was told that this company is not a dealer in Alden products. To date, no belt, no refund.
I too ordered a pair of shoes from menshoenet. I also paid extra for 3 day express shipping. My credit card was immediately charged. Two weeks later- no shoes, no shipping notice, no communication from the company even though I left two messages on their service (during their advertised business hours). My credit card company did reimburse me (although i didn't ask) I only wanted them to know about the fraud so others wouldn't have the same experience as I.
FINNALY After 6 MONTHS(!) of email and mailsphone calls from Italy I was able to get back my last credit of money 206 usd accepting an ostricht belt instead of money. I have received the belt this time.

The WORST company EVER! I ordered a pair of shoes on 06/03/10 and have not yet received them more than a month later. Repeated calls and emails go UNANSWERED or some mis-information is spewed after waiting for 2 days. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a pair of men's shoes on May 8th, 2010. My credit card was charged on May 9th, 2010. I contacted the company on May 13th when I had not received shipping confirmation. They responded and indicated they would contact the warehouse responsible for shipping my order. I heard nothing for six more days. I attempted to contact them via the toll free number on the website. The recorded message stated the "mailbox was full". A reputable business would have someone to answer the telephone! I finally got an email notification that the shoes had shipped on the 19th, and was given a tracking number for UPS. For the past two days I have entered the tracking number and UPS doesn't have any information on it. So, two weeks after placing my online order with this company, I have been charged for an item I haven't received, and have no way to determine if indeed, the item ever shipped. The customer service with Menshoenet.com is very poor. They are slow to return email communication, do not answer the phone, and quick to charge your credit card. If I EVER receive the product, this will be the LAST time I will purchase from them. I have already contacted my credit card company regarding what I perceive to be a total rip off, and I have to wait 30 days before they will intercede in my behalf. My advice is to SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Answer: I did not receive a credit but I did finally get my shoes and they even asked about the previous order I did not get over a yr ago and told me if I could give them any point of reference they would fill that order too. I did have all my emails for that one but told them if they would fill this order I would be happy. They even called me back after I received my shoes and told me in the future if I wanted to order to keep their email and email them so they could check to be sure the shoes were in stock. I sent them emails everyday telling them what I was doing as far as comments on this website and others about their company, posted on my facebook and told them I was also going to post on our company facebook page. I then sent email and told them I contacted Georgio Brutini and I would not stop there. Fortunately Georgio Brutini responded immediately and followed thru so I would suggest you contact the shoe company for the brand of shoes you ordered. Hope this helps
