I find this whole thing very helpful. There's only one thing I would prefer, that people's names aren't mentioned when illustrating a point, mentioning they have consented to this. Otherwise people may be put off asking questions if they want anonymity. Also that cameras are not introduced as a surprise (on Q & A) People enjoy and have a right to privacy first, so this type of thing needs to be asked first. It's a very personal journey for all. Other than that, I find this helpful, informative and useful, so thank you!

What has begun as my need for narcissistic abuse recovery has now morphed into having my children abandon me because of how controlling their mother is in their lives. The NARP Programm is amazing. It is wonderfully structured, absolutely helpful and packed with lots of information, given in a kindhearted and empowering form. Just starting with module 1 gave me so much of my light and lifeforce back. Thanks so much for developing and sharing this programm. It is packed with lots of different helpful information, there are ebooks, meditations, videos, shifts to evolve and heal. It is a helplful spirit and soul evolving experience.
