When I signed up for the Silver package, I was informed that since I did not Opt for the more pricier Gold package that I would not have access to the forums, which I was okay with, so I cannot speak to what does or does not go on there. I am simply leaving an honest review of my experience with the course.

I had already read dozens of Melanie's Narcissist Abuse articles, watched her Youtube videos and listened to several radio podcasts, AND I had been sent two completely FREE E-Books which were extremely helpful and informative, before I purchased her course on a 6 pay plan which boils down to about $20 a month. If I am not worth that small of a monthly investment then I might as well just forget about self improvement altogether.

I was brought to her because I have been attracting Narcissist into my life for well over 30 years. Not just romantic relationships either, but friendships as well. In fact, I think the friendships did more psychological damage than the romantic relationships. Suffice it to say, I just needed to figure out WHY it was happening and HOW To make it STOP.

I am a pragmatic / logical person, so all this metaphysical energetic healing stuff was completely out of my realm of experience or even beliefs. But I will tell you this, after ONE thirty minute session, I KNEW something was going on because I literally felt as if a huge weight was being removed from the pit of my stomach.

So I have ZERO complaints about that. The ONE thing I would change if I were Melanie and that is how this is delivered. Each healing process asks the listener if they will "Allow" Melanie to "Come Into" their space for healing purposes. This part, I always mentally qualify to myself "NO ONE except G-ds Holy Spirit may enter my spiritual space. If it is not from G-d Himself, then I rebuke it." Now, this is JUST ME, but I am keenly aware that negative spirits and entities (think Vampires) HAVE to be invited in. And I am not too keen on inviting anything in that is not G-d himself, hence my concern about this.

So I change the meditation to that and I do the visualizations under those terms. And they have helped me tremendously. Bearing in mind, that having the knowledge BEFOREHAND was Key. So I would say, while this course may not be for everyone, I feel that Melanie is providing a MUCH NEEDED service to the entire hurting Narc Abuse community, and as such, I would recommend it.

Her "awesome" facebook help gatherings leading to a free webinar (infomercial) are closed a week after the webinar airs. These help groups do not allow sharing of pain or answers toward healing that do not involve her $195 NARP program - which you are told you do not have to purchase. Once the webinar airs the help page is closed leaving all those in pain who did not purchase her program hanging there with nothing to fall back on. Being a survivor with education under my belt - i see her as someone who wants to help only if she is paid handsomely for it. She and her moderators were rude to me personally and others who showed compassion or offered advice that did not contain her NARP program. Her healing your inner child spiritual journey may indeed work - but her tactics have all the hallmarks of a narcissistic manipulator - using the pain of others for her own gain.

EDIT: It is obvious by the number of people who have messaged me or disputed my review that Melanie supporters are not going to tolerate anyone who disagrees but instead will argue not with fact but by ripping apart the character of someone they don't know at all.

In response to what has been said about my own character here; My review was based on fact. I NEVER said Melanie was a narcissist nor did I say her work would not help others. I am not a troll. I have completed the preliminary Facebook help page and the 3+ hour webinar that followed. I know Melanie's website. I know her history. I know her work.

I also know Melanie can be far from nice to abuse victims - including myself - if they choose to talk about their pain or any other form of help outside of her program - like the need for legal avenues for instance.

Melanie is not a licensed therapist nor does she write, speak or freely give of her time without promoting her $195 program.

Perhaps before you rip apart the character of those who rate her business poorly you should honestly answer these three questions regarding the things we have expressed our displeasure with;

Have you been a part of Melanie's closed Facebook webinar pages (or NARP support pages) as an abuse victim and been belittled by an administrator or by Melanie herself?

Have you ever attempted to gain Melanie's program at a reduced or no cost rate because you could not afford to pay for it?

Have you ever attempted to return Melanie's program for your money back because it did not work for you?

If not, the fact is that you have nothing to say to those of us who have.

I am writing this in response to 'eolist p'... I do not believe that you have understood very well eh... Melanie has for the past few years provided sponsorship to those who genuinely can not afford to purchase the NARP programme, which makes it 'available' to everyone and NO ONE is left behind. Her Webinar, which is a free introduction to what the NARP programme is all about and is a quantam turbo boost as well, is not an 'infomercial'... very far from it actually. I would hazard a guess that you maybe did not even bother to participate in the full 3 hours of this webinar. In NARP we are all able to go at our own pace and also access assistance from the many Thrivers here who give freely of their time eh. I'm sorry that you didn't feel able to bring your greivances directly to Melanie, however, I for one, am refuting your allegations.

I am very happy with the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program and it is made even better by the NARP Forum. The Forum supports my efforts to work with the modules, to understand recovery, to have validation, guidance when Im just not getting it, and its 24 /7, its always there! I wouldnt have made it this far if it werent for the experience and the generosity of those who have already recovered helping me with their insights and with their knowledge and wisdom. I am so grateful that people like this exist and even more that they volunteer their time and experience to help those of us just starting out to recover.

I like the narp program and I like Melanie and her knowledge. She is great.
But beware her forum because although there are some wonderful moderators there, there are also some narcs there (it is common to have hidden narcs like sharks where you have wounded codependents, no surprise there!)... I was gaslighted and attacked by various people, and I discussed this with others who agreed that one of the ladies who runs her forum is actually a psychopath, so be careful of the forum but enjoy the program :)

Had I not found the program, read the eBooks, read the blogs, listened to the countless hours of podcasts from Melanie, the immense support from the forum and Facebook members and staff, watched the Youtube videos, with most recently the video on dealing with narcissists at Christmas time which brought me back into myself after the narc did exactly what was identified in the video, and last, but no where least the modules, I hate to think what downward spiral I'd be living. I would strongly suggest anyone that think otherwise think twice before publicly stating it as I would not want someone like myself to not have the chance to heal because of being swayed away from maybe the only thing that they'll ever be exposed to that could save them.

The NARP gold programme is fantastic and Melanie certainly knows what she's talking about. However, i think she has made a huge mistake in giving her moderators a false sense of superiority over other people on the healing journey. There is a forum that comes with the NARP gold package and the people running this forum blend into a dangerous collective mindset. They all use the same patronising theraputic language and have taken their small ammount of power too far. Whoever brings up an issue with the programme is accused of being in a state of victimhood and is then disregarded and blocked from giving feedback or communicating within the forum. This is a kind of cult mentality and the moderators have been very quick to take this collective mindset on as their sole identity. They repeat Melanies words like parrots and have developed a pretty limited way of seeing the world. You do not feel you are speaking to a human when communicating with Melanies team, you feel you are speaking to an inauthentic clone. This is unfortuantely very common within groups and it is dissappointing to see it happen here without any correction from Melanie. The moderators have put themselves in a very lofty position of perfection and superiority. Anyone who is not 100% happy and in agreement is disregarded as 'unhealed' and 'stuck'. The rating i have given is based solely on the forum and Melanies team. The actual programme is great but be prepared if you want to get involved with the NARP community.

I have had very successful results with Melanie's program. In fact, without it I would probably be dead. Anyone in the throws or aftermath of Narcissistic abuse knows that it is not your average type of abuse. The recovery from such abuse is not your average type of recovery. In nearly 7 years of trying different therapies and searching for proper help, Melanie Tonia Evans' recovery program is the only one that nails it on the head. It's pretty simple, if you have had enough and are ready to heal, the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program will bring you results and support. Changing yourself isn't easy and NARP may not be the path for all, but it has enabled thousands to repair their damaged selves and become empowered humans. If you buy Narp its because you are sick of not been able to get over an abusive relationship/s sometimes many years later. This was my case so I gave it a go. It worked and I'm still using the methods and guidelines and also avoiding toxic people. It is a way forward to the future and not the past. You are given the tools to recover then the rest is up to you, there is ongoing support in the program also. It's not always easy but its better than been haunted by your X and blaming the world for your problems. You are the only one responsible for your life no mater how unjust it can be. It can be an inconvenient truth. Its a great wake up call :)

Melanie Tonia Evans knows more than most people in the world about what is necessary to heal from narcissistic abuse. Many people think that there is a need to re-hash what the N does and says or does not do or say. This is erroneous thinking and those people who do the necessary healing work also realise that re-hashing old destructive stories about what happened to them, does not help the healing process. Those people who think that talking about the destructive words and actions of the N will help their healing process, are still stuck talking about it years later and often get involved with other toxic people. Those people who focus on their healing, go No Contact and who do not keep re-hashing abuse stories, can tell many glowing stories of not just surviving, but they are thriving. Melanie does know what she is talking about and those who have done her NARP programme, can attest to how good it is and the wonderful results they have achieved by doing it. I would totally recommend Mel's work to anyone who wants to heal from narcissistic abuse, because it really works and that says it all.

Melanie Tonia Evans program is the most on target program for emotional release of abuse available. Results are quick and lasting.
