I bought a 16-inch Rolo Chain from Mejuri in November during a members-only sale for £635.80. I was happy to purchase it and understood that after the members period ended, the promotion might become available to the public — that part is totally fine.

What disappointed me is that only a few months later, the same necklace dropped further to £523.60. That's a significant price reduction in a very short time.

It makes you question the original pricing and how customers are supposed to trust the brand's promotions. If prices can change this much within months, it naturally raises concerns — what else might not be as it seems?

I fill riped off. My point is don't trust their promotions and that members and loyal customers mean for them at all. I just want others wont fill such frustration as I feel. I genuinely regret that I didn't take into account all uncovering information of Mejuri which circulated all over internet.

Customer service proposed me 10% for next purchase - what a joke - to make me spend more money on their overpriced so fast lose value items.

Just sharing so others think carefully before assuming a "members-only" sale is the best time to buy.

I lost more than €150 because of bad customer service and an odd policy.

I ordered rings from 2 different companies some time ago, and I had to return them both. Because of the similarity of the packages I accidentally put the labels on the wrong packages. I'm fully aware that this was my fault, of course.

However, I contacted the customer service and asked them if they could return that wrong package to me so that I could ship it to the right company. They responded with that they disposed the item! They litteraly threw MY ring away. I'm not even sure if it's legally allowed to throw someone's item away without any permission.

The money that I lost (the costs of the ring, the import fees, shipping and everything else) is a lot of money for me so I hope this will still get sorted out for a refund.

Absolutely stunning jewellery with very elegant, classy and timeless designs. Prices are a bit expensive compared to fast fashion stores, but since they are a fine jewellery brand, it is within reason! The quality is amazing - check out my video review for more insights into Mejuri!
