I think it all went great but they did forget to send me a confirmation when my order was being shipped

Swimsuit was great; however, I never received a confirmation email or status updates for my order. Thankfully it still came within a week

It was easy and flowed well. An ability to track your package would be a good benefit.

I've always loved buying from this site. As a women with curves and an apron belly am very self conscious in that area. Their bottoms (one piece or two) have amazing coverage which makes me feel secure and not "hanging out". Their sizing is on point and their pattern options are great. I love the lemon print, I've purchased every summer for the past three years! Love the sarong fronts- not too long even when wet.

Great swimwear looks expensive but worth the price

They are so true to size and fit in all the right places I don't feel like I'm spilling over or popping out of them.
I feel so good in them and don't feel like I need to cover up under a baggie shirt.

The shipping took little longer then expected.

A couple of months ago I ordered a two piece suit and I love it so I got on the website again and ordered what I thought was a different one (it doesn't look like the one I bought) only to receive the same one I ordered a couple of months earlier! Please have pictures that are truer to the color of the suit.

I ordered three suits and they all look amazing! I am plus size and always self-conscious in a swimsuit, but I feel very confident and beautiful in these suits. Thank you!

Great quality and fantastic customer service when I had to do an exchange dure to needing a different size

I loved every single swim suit I bought and that's big for me because I usually don't like buying stuff I can't try on first.

Decent selection. Fits well, accurate sizing. Variety of styles for all body types. Shipping was quicker than expected with good communication throughout entire process.

I thoroughly enjoyed the huge selection offered by Bloomchic! At one time I had 11 swimsuits in my bag! Unfortunately I can only afford ONE!

I purchased a swimsuit from this store. When it arrived, it did not fit so I tried to return it. Instead of just accepting the return and sending me a return label, first they tried to leave me the suit and offer me a gift card for their site. When I said I wanted to return the item, they then offered me a small partial refund for no return of the item. When I again said I wanted a full refund, again they offered me a slightly higher partial refund. I finally gave up and accepted it. Who knows where they are located. The customer service person's English was not good and they were going to charge me to ship the return. Very short sighted of them...
