Not satisfied waiting longer than usual when I ordered the last time it was long.

I ordered a swimsuit. I measured myself first since I couldn't try it on and it fits perfectly. The quality is very good, it feels better then what I have tried on in the big box stores. The only negative was the shipping time but even then I received it at the earlier end of the given timeframe. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again in the future!

I finally found cute tops that cover my shoulders. I have scars on my back and wanted them covered and these are perfect!

Per instructions on their website emailed to obtain return item address after 6 days of back and forth emails with them offering a refund for an amount for much less then I paid with not having to return the items. I responded with a rude email and had to threaten fraud to finally receive the information.

Wanted to return 2 bathing suits and every-time I asked for a return doc I was pushed to keep swimsuits and only get half of my money back. I wanted to return for full refund and not keep swimsuit. But that wasn't an option. Will not purchase again.

I tried to cancel and was given a gift card to order something else

Swimsuit ran large but the dress ran small. Selected my sizing based on the size chart and after reviewing reviews.

Ordering was easy and selecting the clothing was fun. When I received the order, package was good and the clothes were very nice. I even made an exchange and placed another order with my credit.

Frustrating. Your refund policies are ridiculous. Will never shop here or reccomended to friends and family

I bought three swimsuits and two fit great but one did not, it was too short in the torso. All of them were the same size. The sizing is a bit inconsistent.

I had to email customer service to inform them that I had yet to receive an email that my order had been shipped. And I had payed $24.00 US dollars extra to insure it would arrive before 8/26/24.
They informed me and said oh yeah the buttons you ordered are out of stock and I proceeded to tell them to cancel my whole order and a refund for the whole order. I only received a refund for the bottoms and nothing else. And a couple days later I then got an email stating my top had shipped. And that was a couple days before I would have needed it and it wouldn't have gotten to me in time. I messaged customer service again and they had told me there was nothing they can do. And I said how? You had asked me if I had wanted a refund for the whole order and I replied with a yes. But only received a partly refund?! Makes no sense to me.

The clothing is very cute however it is not true to size.

The visuals of these swimsuits are so beautiful. The models look real and realistic and absolutely gorgeous. I'm just hoping the sizes are true and it will be good quality unlike some other sites. Edit: The ETA really was estimated. Basically just pulled a date out of thin air because the product was VERY late. I had gotten in early enough to wear to a special event. Said it would be in 2-3 bdays before that day. Well, more like 2 weeks after the darn day. Once it did arrive, it LOOKS smaller than what I expected it to look like. Not gonna lie, I have not tried it on yet. It could be perfect but it does look small so I'm wary.

Great experience, easy website to navigate. Good range of sizes and options. I ended up purchasing two swimsuits, however I wanted more. When it arrived, it was exactly like the images and I was very pleased, it had good support and looked flattering on me. I've always struggled to find something that fits me & I found it here. The only downside is that during the delivery process I did not receive any updates on the delivery and had only received an email of my confirmation process.Wish there was more communication, however overall good experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the way this suit/swim dress looks & fits. It is perfect & very comfortable & flattering…The thin, adjustable straps are the BEST! Want to order at least one more!
