One of the bathing suits I needed to return but it was too late. You have a terrible
Return policy. 15 days is not enough time. Plus you have to pay alot to return items.
Most online shopping has free returns. You should consider this policy to keep
Customers coming back.

My swimsuit order got lost. I thought it wasn't gonna get here on time for my trip. I sent them an email. They tracked my order and sent it out to me right away, and it got to me on time for my trip. I really appreciated that they rushed my order. They care about their customers.

I ordered two sets of swimsuits both of which turned out to be perfect. They're both durable and beautiful.

Swim suits are cute, flattering and comfortable.
My only complaint was it took a little long to receive…compared to other places I had ordered. But overall good experience. Good prices and good quality for plus size swim suits.

Returns were too difficult--had to email multiple times to get return approved. Should be easier to process a return.

Making a return has so far been far more difficult than necessary. I bought 4 suits to try intending to return what I didn't like and keep what I did. I've been offered to accept a 25% refund if I keep the suits I do t like. When I refused that I was offered 50%. I have no use for 4 swimsuits, especially ones I didn't really like. I certainly didn't want a partial refund

I ordered a couple of new bathing suits before heading on a cruise. After ordering them, I didn't think they would arrive on time. But they came earlier than expected and they are beautiful!

It would be great if you could show all the colours available for the same model on the one single screen...

I received both my items in a timely manner, a swim dress and swim undwear, unfortunately the swim I wear were a little small but that's entirely my fault, overall very happy with my purchase

Easy and fast however the item didn't suit my body - It didn't fit right in many places. I'm wondering if my torso was just too long for the body suit.

The swimsuit fits great! I am big in the middle and it doesn't make me feel self conscious. I would like to order more colors in the same style.
