Didn't realize I was ordering from an imported/dropship site. The item took 3+ weeks to arrive

I bought three tankinis two out the three I liked fit nicely but the third didn't fit. The built-in bra didn't fit me right but I gave it to my niece and it fits her nicely. The order arrived quickly and no issues.

Delivery time was fairly quick but I can't figure out how to do a return for the items that don't fit! Please help!

Firstly I am missing one of the items from my order the necklace and if I couldn't get the expedited order then it should of just been credited and sent the items I received are fine but the process wasn't

I would have preferred to get the items returned and refunded. However, I did get a gift card. The only part is that I have to pay the shipping so overall I will have to put extra money into the purchase I initially made.

I was pretty unhappy with the bagging suit top. The material was coming apart at shoulder and two of the three buttons simply came right off upon opening. I liked my one piece and the black bottoms were super cute too but man the disappointment in that top.

Items was not delivered on time and when recieved I asked for a refund to which they only offer to pay a portion of the price paid or give u a credit and will not pay for return shipping. Horrible experience from start to end and I'm still waiting for my partial refund.

I purchased some suits for the first time on the site. I liked all the colour variety and the available styles were cute. I do wish there were more options for larger chested but smaller waist tops. I ordered one too and my breasts were falling out. In order for my breasts to fit, I would need to get a size that didn't fit elsewhere. Tops with better covered would be ideal, however I didn't find many style options for this. The customer service I received regarding the top issue was excellent though and I will purchase again.

This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I've purchased. Shipping to NZ is so fast, and products are amazing. Happy with my choice and sizes.

No notice was given when item was delivered to my house

The cup size seems smaller than advertised or it's on the revealing side and not full coverage

I am still waiting on a return address so that I can return the items. I keep getting the run around… just want to return.

I love the variety they have for larger sizes and the bathing suites are well made. They don't run true to size, so I would suggest ording 1 size up.

My experience with this product is very awesome. It fits true to size and holds up very well.

I received my order but needed to return one item. The return process is absolutely terrible - they attempted to barter with me instead of returning the item. I will absolutely dispute the charge on my credit card if I do not receive my refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
