I ordered multiple bathing suits with the intention of returning those that didn't work for me. I decided to keep 3 suits and return the rest. Little did I know that initiating a return was going to be a struggle and I was going to be met with "bargaining" tactics. Instead of just issuing the refund upon receipt of my returned items, I got multiple emails from them wanting to bargain on what percentage of my refund I would get and then I just keep the suits. Mind you, if you read the small print you only have 14 days from date of delivery to return your items. Therefore, every email back and forth keeps eating away at your return period. I will never order from them again!
This is a beautiful swim dress. It is so flattering and comfortable. Size up because sizing is small.
Please, please make more of these swim dresses in different patterns. I would buy more.
One of my bathing suit tops fell apart on the second day of a 9 day trip. Mending the straps on my bathing suit was not something I was anticipating but thankfully the hotel had a small travel seeing kit.
My other suit seems fine so far and the third is actually a bit big so not true to size.
This dress was definately not the right size, I even sized up and still too tight - be wary of your sizing if buying

I ordered two suits. One fit, one didn't. I wanted to return it and custom er service bartered with me to keep it and refund me partial money. I just kept saying no I just wanted to return it. I couldn't wear it. When they finally gave me instructions to return it the process was so complicated it wasn't worth it. So now I'm stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and out $40. Won't order from here again.
I ordered a swimsuit and they sent me a completely different one from the one I ordered. When I contacted them to let them know, I included photos. They wrote back to ask for more photos, including the bag it came in and the tags, etc. I provided all these photos and they admitted it was their mistake and confirmed they sent me the wrong item. Then, instead of making it right by sending the correct thing I ordered or refunding my money, they wrote back offering to just give me a gift card for their site, or only $7 refund (I had paid $50!). I refused this unfair offer and requested they give me back the whole amount I paid since the item I ordered was never sent. They wrote back saying the best they could do was a refund of $18. Disgusting case of theft. To this day 0 dollars have been refunded to me. This company is fraudulent and criminal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Your money will be stolen and whatever you order will never come! It's all a scam
While the product was OK, buyers should be aware of the process of returning items as it was quite difficult and unusual. After requesting a full refund for my $75 purchase, they offered a gift card that could only be used in full on one order, or alternatively, they would give me $20 and I could keep the items. When I declined, they offered $34 and keeping the items.
When I insisted on a full refund, I had to take a picture of the items showing that the tags and the crotch liner were still attached and email them The items then have to be returned within seven days of receiving the package and a tracking number have to be used, but you cannot use UPS as "they do not deliver to our address". A package was delivered two days ago, awaiting a refund….

Contrary to the stated return policy, they will not allow me to return items for a refund. They kept offering me a partial refund and/or credit only and would not provide a return address. To date, I haven't received the partial refund that I agreed to. Beware!

Horrible customer service, can't exchange or return item for full refund! Would not recommend buying from them & if you do hopefully they do a better job at helping if you need to return or exchange.
It's true, I hate bathing suits. They pinch on your legs and make me bulge in places that are far from flattering. But after 6 years I'm going on a trip South and I'd like to use the pool and take in some much needed sunshine after such a long winter. A friend introduced me to Meet. Curve. I'm super happy to say I found 2 suits that make me feel and look great! Thank you, Thank you!
Everything fit and the quality of the clothes were perfect
This was one of the most frustrating and difficult online shopping experiences I have ever had. This company does not realize that customers need a seamless return or exchange experience. This was a nightmare. It took almost 2 months to receive a credit back for items I returned. Everything about the online experience should make the customer want to come back and shop again. This was the opposite. This company is not a US-based company therefore the length of time from shipping to crediting back my return was an unacceptable nightmare. I will not be shopping on this site again.
Pleased with the customer care from Curve, my items didn't fit well and as soon as I contacted Curve they took care of the return quickly by offering me a credit to order replacements and I did t have to deal with shipping things back. Very happy with the fit of the new bikini and now I know my size!

I placed and order and ordered the wrong size by accident. I emailed the customer service and they replied within minutes and changed my size. Fast service and swimsuit is comfortable and true to size.
True to size. The fabric and quality is amazing. Shipping time was reasonable. Would definitely order from MeetCurve again
