The shoppping experience was fine. But the problem I have is with returns. The return shipping is not included and it cost me $27 out of pocket to send back 2 suits that did not fit well. And due to the return shipping costs, I will not be ordering again as it is to expensive to take chances that the suit will fit.

Measurements on website are accurate, everything fit perfectly! My orange top arrived damaged. For such a expensive top you would think it wouldn't have Nick's/holes in it. Customer service said they were going to reimburse me $8. Took a long time to shop but customer service emails always replied when I had questions. Great overall experience and will buy more in the future

I purchased 2 swimsuits. A one peice which is great. The other was a mesh style bikini. I ordered the bikini in a colour I liked and there were other colours of the same style being sold as a set that I had viewed first. I picked the colour I liked only to be disappointed when only the top arrived. I engaged the support service and was told just that colour was being sold separately, where as the others of the same style (but different colour) were being sold as sets. Was told "sorry for the inconvenience - but kind of your fault because you didn't read the fine print". Because of this my experience was tainted negatively. I like the products, but I would not rush to buy again.

The suits I got are so stylish AND comfortable. The sizing chart was accurate for me.

I ordered two items one of them does not fit and I'd like to return them but I am getting issues with trying to return it. I just want my money back it's $31 Canadian it's for a cover-up on my latest order.

Tried to use the size charts and bought sizes normally larger than myself. Most of the products were still too small for my curves

I was not sure about ordering bathing suits online without seeing the quality. I was pleasantly surprised. They fit true to the size on the fit chart and the quality is very good. Will order more in the future.

Was very happy to buy seperate 2 pieces to kid and match. The bottoms fit perfectly. The top is really night and fit well in terms of size, however the bust is a bit generous for me. I'm not unhappy with the purchase though, I knew the style and knew there was a chance it would be too generous without a way to make it fit. It's still a very nice piece and I wear it.

I found there to be a lot choice, the sizing charts helped and proved to be accurate. I am tricky, too, because my top size is bigger then my butt.

2 tankini tops are beautiful, the other one offers no breast support but customer service was fast and efficient
