One of the straps has been sown on back to front, unable to wear.

There were so many options. The hardest part was deciding which items to take out of my cart. I have struggled for years to find a suit that fits my body the way I am comfortable that comes in fashionable sizes. Definitely a confidence boost and appreciate the inclusive sizing.

These swimmers are amazing…love them all, and have had so many compliments and for a curvy mum of three that's a definite winner

I sent my initial email requesting a return of my order on 1/23 very shortly after I received my delivery. On 1/24 I received a response from you with supposed instructions stating they will send me an address and 'If you are sure of the above info, we will show you return address and product info." Why not just show me the return address? Ever since I have emailed multiple times asking for the return address with NO response. Here is what I got so far- see below. Notice how there is no return address provided

1. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package).
2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the address. Otherwise, we are afraid that we do not accept returns and no refunds.
3. We are happy to refund the price of item/s you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So please to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

Loved my 2 bathing suits they are colourful and nice for plus size women looking for something stylish

The suits I saw popping up on Meet Curve ads were SO enticing, I just couldn't NOT order! The order process was simple an everything arrived as I expected. I'm just sad my top is itty bitty because the Medium bottoms are perfect for me and I LOVE all the styles on this site! I will definitely buy here again, the quality is excellent and so are the prices.

Clothes were made cheaply and didn't look like I expected

The pictures look great but the price is too good to be true. The suits are not great quality and now that I have asked for the return address and a full refund, I've not had any response from customer service. Returns are very difficult. The return address is only provided after several email exchanges. Who knows if I'll ever get to the next step, let alone a refund. If you basically want just cheap coverage, go ahead and buy. If you want structure and support in a good quality swim suit, pay more and buy a Miracle Suit. That's what I did in the end.

I ordered suits for my daughter and I, stripe, t-shirt style.
She cannot wear hers as the arms are very rigid. The seams were digging in.
I can handle the uncomfortable feeling but I do agree, the sleeves are tight at the seam

Having issues trying to obtain a return label or address followed the instructions on how to obtain it but to this day yet to receive the information I need to return the items

Was very happy to find a site that had swimmers to suit my body shape. I just wished it didn't take so long to arrive

I didn't realize that my purchases were coming from China, so it took several weeks for the swimming suits to arrive. Customer service was very helpful. Once they did arrive, I was very happy with the quality. The material is substantial, the colors and patterns are vibrant and the fit is perfect!

Awful, customer services and returns policy is dreadful

So they are great quality products, they just aren't for me, I got xl in all 3, quite big for the boobies but not long enough for the torso.

The shopping experience was great as well as deliver time. The only problem now is only 1 item fit. I am not trying to refund and exchange the items but been told they are located in the US I'm in Australia and they are only offering 50 in return for item that don't fi. I read before purchasing and they made the process sound so simple in terms of returning when bow I've sent 4 email and they are still only overnight me little when all I wanna do is exchange for a pair that do fit because they ha e none my size here in Australia
