I ordered a swimsuit and two pair of shorts. None of them fit. Their return process is a joke. I have spent the past week trying to resolve this. They did not want me to return the merchandise, they offered me $28 on a $75 order not to return it. I. DON'T. THINK. SO. I cannot get a return address out of them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are a Chinese company. Enough said!

The suits were too short for me.

I am having a difficult time returning items. Have traded emails twice with support team and have still not gotten an address and return invoice. Have been encouraged to accept a third of the total price

The sizing guide was easy to use & as a result the swim dress I received fits perfectly. The colours are awesome & accurate to the website & the quality of the fabric is really good, I am very happy!

After the long delay with shipping I received my swimsuits. One is hideous and not like the picture. I will need instructions on how to return it. The other is cute but I would to size down. So I will need instructions on how to exchange that one.

Website is archaic. Does not remember account & cannot bring up last purchases. Terrible. Should say "You pay for returns yourself " openly, 90% of shoppers would not shop here.

When trying to return was advised that returns are only available in US. Not from Australia. Told to keep product and they would offer me $15 credit.

Will order again items I got are lovely delivery was fast too

I ordered a 4XL one piece swim suit, based on my measurements, and that was advertised to have "tummy control". When I received the suit I was so excited, but quickly disappointed because it was much too large, and I did not see anything within the suit itself that would help with my midsection. The return process has not been simple. It's been a series of emails back and forth, and I've learned that not only will I be responsible for shipping the item back at my own expense, but I will also be responsible for paying the shipping for the same suit in a smaller size in exchange.

It was fine thank you I would have chosen a larger size in the future if I were to purchase again.

Meetcurve showed up on my Facebook feed so I went to their website to check it out. Ended up buying a suit and used it for the first time alrt week. It's super cute and comfy, I love it!

Didn't realize it was gold tone grommets. Thought they were silver. Not my style. Also the leg on suit is very unflattering.

Do not buy from this company.
Ordered 2 swimsuits at a total of £62 with the assumption that I would be able to return the items easily. Neither items fit despite using the size guide.
I have had to chase the customer support to be informed that the warehouse is in the USA and I would have to cover the cost of shipping. This isn't stated anywhere on the website and to offer a worldwide service with only a 15 day returns window from delivery is unreasonable.

No one contacted me after complaining or thank you

Overall very happy with my items. All arrived promptly. Quality seems good and the prices were great.

I am trying to return part of my order. Meetcueve wont give me an address to return them to. Instead they keep making offers to try and get me to keep bathing suits that didn't fit and aren't flattering. Their retuen pollicy is time sensitive and they only answer any email once a day, never with the address. I will never order from this site again.

Trying to return a couple of items was a nightmare.
