Ordered 1 swimsuit and 2 bikinis - swimsuit nice, but other 2 not great sizing. Requested a return and refund. Having placed via a UK website was surprised to find out they have to be sent back to USA which is ridiculous and hugely expensive. In the end they have finally - after numerous emails - agree to 95%refund me and for me to keep the 2 bikinis which isn't really useful to anyone as they don't fit! So be warned if your buying from them in anywhere other the the States.

I saw an ad for Meet Curve so I visited the site and purchase two bathing suits. I am a plus size woman so I ordered 2X but it does not fit like a 2X. The bust barely covered my chest so I decided to return the items. No harm done, just want a aidmple return address so I can send the items get an get a full refund. Instead, I'm been going back and forth with different customer representatives to offer me a partial refund and a couple for my next order, with the caveat of keeping the suits. Originally I thought that's great, I don't have to go for shopping back but the offer was 36 Canadian for a 98 US purchase. I'd lose 100 Canadian dollars with that. We are still negotiating but we haven't settled on a number. Just keep that in mind when you purchase a product from Meet Curve.

Suits are lovely and great quality. The shipping took almost 3 weeks.

Ordering was easy, delivery took a few weeks for delivery, suit is pretty with a crochet layer that is the perfect length to cover my hips.

I ordered several suits so I could try on and decide what to keep. When I went to return, they were difficult to reach then tried to give me a "coupon" to keep them for way less than the actual price of products I was returning. They were slow to respond.

At this point, I have finally been given the address to return them and have mailed them back. I have not received my money back at this point. Fingers crossed.

The suits themselves were cute and what I expected...so product is good. It was my customer service experience that was bad.

Really happy with my purchase. Items seem to be good quality and are as they were pictured on the website. I'm happy with the bust support which is sturdy and does what it's meant to! In terms of sizing, it's probably on the smaller side so best to size up.

The quality of the products are great. Although I did my measurements and compared them to the size chart, I found the bathers were a size too big for me. My emails for returning have been slow responses and not just a straight forward option to refund - trying to offer voucher.

Everything is cute but no bra support what so ever and us plus size girls need it in the bathingsuit and the cover up is WAY to small! Will not even go over my boobs lol. So I most likely will not ever wear either. They are very cute though

I was told I couldn't return the swimsuit that didn't fit me. I was refunded $8 and given a coupon for $5. Paid $38 for the swimsuit, so I'm guessing the other half of my money would have went towards shipping it somewhere out of the country?

I have a really hard time finding clothes in my size, especially bathing suits. I ordered 3 bathing suits from meet curve and they arrived quickly, the quality was really nice and they all fit!

I have been trying to return my order as the size I ordered is to small. Note. I find that they run small to size. They will not give me the return address for shipping. They keep offering me to keep the items that do not fit me and they will give me a $10.00 coupon. I would like to return the items for a refund of my also $ 100 00 purchase.

Looks just like the pics on the website and fit is perfect! I'm 5 feet 2 inches, a little thick at 155 pounds. I wear a size 12 in old navy clothes and I ordered a large.

I ordered several items and I was pleased with the quality. I did size up most items because I read that their sizes generally run small. Most of the items I ordered, I am happy with, but 3 items did not fit right. Beware, there is no easy way to return items to this company! Firstly, it is a scavenger hunt to find the email for returns. Then, there was no easy way to show which items I wanted to return. I had to take screen shots of my order number and screen shots of the items I wanted to return. Then I emailed *******@meetcurve.com. After having to explain in detail, what was wrong with each item, through several back and forth emails (which I waited sometimes two days for a response) I was finally told I could return the items at my expense OR they would give me credit for $30 of the $95 value of the item's and I can keep them. There is also only a 15 day window where returns are allowed. After the lengthy, drawn out, back and forth with this company I finally chose to take the credit. I'm sure they make it so difficult to return items so customers will just give up! I will never order from this company again and I will warn as many people as I can, to never shop here!

I have been trying to return 3 of the items for a refund to my method of payment. Every reply I keep getting is basically trying to give me a credit instead of my money back. I have been emailing for over 7 days now without a resolution I'm happy with.
