One of the straps was not sewn on properly and I had to fix it.

The process for offering and shipping were easy and great. The bathing suits that arrived didn't seem to fit what you would expect with the larger size.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the swimsuit that I ordered. Customer service was surprisingly quick and attentive, when I expressed concern that my order would arrive in time for my holiday. Which it did!

I've made the order for takini swimwear! Have received the upper part but the lower part is missing!

Order and delivery were as expected however, the swimsuits did not fit properly.

Great selection! Easy checkout. My order arrived and the quality is excellent. I only have one concern two of the items did not fit how I would have liked - I contacted customer service looking for direction as to how to return, and buy another size, but have yet to have any response or direction. Order was delivered with no paperwork so not sure how to proceed.

I ordered three items. Two did not fit. I love the one that fit. I have been emailing back and forth for a week trying to return two for a full refund and getting the run around by customer service. I have yet to receive communication that they will refund fully. Also, shopping was super slow.

The website is very user friendly. The products I received are of great quality and the fit is perfect for my body. The variety of swimwear offered is great! Ordering was easy and straightforward. I would order again.

It's hard to find a swimsuit with big enough cups. I was mostly satisfied.

My swimsuit did not fit. I couldn't even get it over my hips not even close. I need probably at least two sizes bigger. It does not match the United States sizes.

The product was lovely however it was not as "curve-fit" as I thought. The sizing to fit large bust was too big around and loose. Would have preferred different cup sizing.

I found It's super easy to order on the website I did select to have the express delivery and paid the extra amount of money for this however the delivery still took the usual non express timeframe which was disappointing. I ordered two costumes and they are both really good quality they look really nice my only comment about the costumes would be that the fit/ size differs massively in them even though I ordered the exact same size. I appreciate that the fit would feel different as they are different styles but wouldn't have expected the this much difference in size

Love the selection and pieces I bought, but it took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive and both of the suits were too small.
