Ordered 2 swim suits & cover up. Items were exactly as pictured! I loved the cover more after I saw it in person! The tracking information did not give great information on where the items were at, obit everything came in.

Be prepared to fight for a refund. They offer you discounts/ partial refunds and make returning an item for a refund very difficult until you don't bother. If the swimsuits fit you, then you will be happy with the process and quality.
Took forever to arrive. I was disappointed with the length of time as I needed the product for a trip. I also felt like it was a tighter fit than normal. I'm a medium-large and I went for a large and it's tight on me.

Cute items, terrible customer service. I tried to exchange items using their stated policy and it has been WEEKS of going back and forth. First they tried to negotiate coupons instead of accepting my exchange items. Finally, they agreed to send me the items if I pay for shipping. I had to pay to ship the too small items TO them and the right items FROM them. The only way to pay them was clunky and confusing. I hope I get my items as soon as possible.
The whole Process was perfect. Contact the Costumer service was easy, very helpful and kind. The Clothes fit very well and I would order again without a doubt. Super!

When attempted return formally the process was a never ending email back and forth nightmare of autobot response bargaining to haggle for partial keep product and refund 10% then 20% and so on. After four separate days of clear and specific" no- send me address for return and give me my money back" I turned to review sharing of my experience and formal callback on my behalf through my credit card company as a last resort.
If you like getting swindled and enjoy email robot correspondence from their customer service agent who is aptly named Karen, you will LOVE your experience. Good luck as no matter how hard I try- they will not accept my return by providing address so I can pay for my own shipping to get their crappy product back to some warehouse where cheap clothing goes to die. It is as if this correspondence is a game to beat the clock on their 14 day return policy.
And the consumer is left with nothing. But a heap of garbage to try and sell through second marketplaces. Disgusting
