The products were great but returning two because it's hard to just swimsuits without trying on.

Things fit snug. Keep that in mind when you buy. Also, they don't have a great return system... it's time consuming and annoying to return something. As cute as some of the products are, I don't think I'll order from them again. Many other stores have cute things too, and simpler/easier customer policies.

I ordered 3 costumes from this company for the first time; these were beautiful quality, but unfortunately 2 of them didn't fit around the bust area and so I am having to return. Lovely Customer services support all the way through the process.

Once items were delivered, I was disappointed in the fit. The sizes were so different between the 3 items I ordered. I can't find a return/exchange policy or procedure. These things solidify why I hate purchasing clothing on-line. It is just a hassle.

I ordered swimsuits from here in February and was very happy with the quality of these suits. Unfortunately they were too big and I am sending them back. Just waiting for return instructions. Thank you

Great selection at great prices. Was just on another major brand site with several of the same suits for over a hundred dollars. Glad I didn't sink my money their before finding your site. However the shipping took a lot longer than was told. And only one suit of the 4 fit. The quality of the suits were great However. So will just exchange them.

It took 4 back and forth emails before I was given a return address to ship returns. Then, I was told shipping would be deducted from
My refund, even though I was charged shipping when I purchased and I paid return shipping. What!?

Terrible. I'm in an email exchange trying to get a refund and return directions.

Both swimming suits are too small. Disappointed. The Barack one is too small around my breasts and doesn't come up high enough and the straps hooks kept coming out. The other one, I couldn't even get up over my thighs.

Swim suits I ordered did not fit, return process horrible and still waiting for a refund.
