You are only given 15 days from receipt to return any items that do not work for you. Also you cannot just log into your account and print a return shipping label. You have to email customer service who never responds.

Prints are cute. They run small. I wear a 12 so I ordered L but each one fit more like a M.

I ordered a 2x. I wear a size 18, I'm 5'3", 230lbs. I Carry my weight in my abdomen and I have a bit of pudge in my stomach. The bottoms held up very well. The top unfortunately is smaller than I expected and I was really hoping it would fit. I ordered the avocado print. Over all cute bathing suit just not the best fit for my type of body shape. The price as well is about double what you see advertised after taxes and shipping.

I ordered 3 Swimsuits and one of them was not fitting perfect. So i decided to send it back. But this should be a little bit difficult - the service told me in mails.
The service ask me, if we can find another option, to not send it back, because the costs of sending to the USA would be my costs. So they ask me, if i want a little money back. And we find a nice middleway ;) now i still have 3 Swimsuits and one of them hopefully fits me in future :)

Sizing chart was easy to follow, hopefully everything fits :)

I'm a 3x in everything possible. Looking at the sizing I purchased the 3x. Being a plus size brand, I thought I found the best thing for swimsuits but it just made me feel like crap trying on the bathing suit because my sister who wears large in everything fit in it perfectly but me, a size 3x, could not fit in this size 3x I purchased. The sizing is WRONG.

It was an easy process and I was please either the merchandise when it arrived.

The suits surprisingly fit perfectly. I always wore shorts swimming, or a.swim dress as I was self conscious about my upper thighs, and belly. I love the little skirt it in the front. It still gives me that coverage, and keeps me feeling comfortable.

I paid extra for express shipping and did not receive the items within that time frame. I liked the suits I received but they didn't fit so I need to do a return/exchange. Have sent two emails and no response yet on how to do that.

The items took several weeks to arrive, they did not look the same as the pictures, quality was low, sizes did not match, probably be too much of a pain to return so there goes $100.

I bought two bathing suits, neither of which fit. But when I tried to return them, I had to jump through hoops of requesting a return address instead of just being able to find it on their website. Well, I sent an email requesting that address, I never got a response, and they have such a short return window that they basically paint you into the corner of not being able to return the low quality suit and being forced to keep it. Really unhappy.

The return policy could be revised as i have to pay for the return of the item. Many websites offer a free return. Maybe sometjing to look at for the futur.

Really enjoyed the range of swimwear available. Hardest part was choosing what I want.

It's a lovely swimsuit and arrived in time for our vacation!

My experience was pretty good. The swimsuit bottom I ordered was only double lined on one side so you could see the color difference between the two. But other than that, I love it! It's cute and super comfortable!

Nothing i ordered fit me or my.daughter. And because you have to pay to ship back, we are just kind of stuck trying to sell it to other people.

I specifically measured to find the "correct size" and it was still way too small. I'd say about 2 sizes too small. I love the design so I'll probably just reorder in the correct size.
