Please inform your customers PRIOR to ordering that they will now be fully compensated for their return. I did not appreciate the flow of emails with you counter-offering partial payment returns. I work hard for my money, and you need to be upfront and honest with your customer base.

It's took a long time to ship with not accurate tracking info. While the suits were cute the material and quality was not what i expected or liked. Trying to return them now has been a nightmare.

I ordered 3 swimsuits from the website. I live in the UK, so shipping took about 10 days. The pieces were nice, just didn't fit great. Wanted to return the items so requested the returns authorisation as stated on website. I was offered a partial refund of less than 50% and asked to keep the items. I declined. They then increased the offer of a partial refund and told me I could give the items as gifts to my friends. Again I declined. All I want is a full refund. After 3 attempts to return my items, I myself made a final offer of a partial refund which I thought was acceptable. Never have I experienced a returns process as difficult as this. If an item doesn't fit, the customer should be able to return for a full refund. Abysmal customer service. Will never order from the again.

I wanted to return the goods but the service took 3 weeks to respond and I still haven't received a return address.
Anyone who has to send something back because it doesn't fit is on bad terms.

The sizing chart is very accurate. The fit is amazing. If you are like me and have been looking for years for a comfortable bathing suit that keeps everything in place and covered, then you have come to the right place! I ordered 2 right aways and am keeping both!

I ordered 5 bathing suits and kept 3 and want to return 2. They say I have 30 days to return but they will not email me an address so that I can send them back. I have repeatedly tried to contact them.

I had ordered two 1 pieces that don't fit and decided to keep my 3rd items that are just bottoms. They say 14 or 15 days from delivery date that you can return items. I've been going back and forth for 3 days now trying to get these items returned and if it takes me more than the allotted time I'm not going to be happy if I don't find a resolution soon. Not an easy company to work with. Swim suits meant for bigger girls and not taller girls.

All swim items I bought fit as if they were 1-2 sizes smaller than the size on the tag

It is not easy to return or exchange for a different size. Very frustrating. I asked twice to return and instead they want to give me a $20 refund and a $5 "coupon" on my next order. That's not even close to what I paid for 2 complete swimsuits. And I still need another suit in a different size!

Wore a pair of swimmers on the weekend I purchased and were comfortable and had great comments on how nice they looked on

Wanted total refund in exchange for returning products. Accepted $36 refund. Not yet received. Will never recommend your clothing!

It was very easy to find what I liked and know they were made for my body shape.

The fabric layer with the design seems to be a little baggy when the inside layer is tighter. Love the prints and fits though

Ordering was easy and items were delivered on time.

I would give 5 stars if I could figure out how to save items to my wishlist. Shipping is also very expensive and takes a long time to receive items

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but overall experience was great and suits are good for the price.

As a new customer I was really excited to get new swimsuits that would fit my body type. Unfortunately, 2/3 didn't fit quite right BUT I'm on a weight loss journey and I know they will fit me soon! They are beautiful and complimentary and I look forward to getting more!
