I was surprised at how small things ran and how none of the suits gave any bust support.
I also didn't realize that I had to pay to send my returns back, but not before having customer service try and offer me extremely low money back in exchange for me to keep the items. They didn't fit and I spent 100$ customer service offered me 32$ to keep everything...ummm no.
The bathing suit fit perfectly! And the cover-up was gorgeous. I ended up wearing it as a dress in Hawaii.
From ordering to delivery was so easy, delivery was very quick and the quality was superb.
I spent a pretty good chunk of money on some new swimsuits so I was pretty excited. However when I went in later to check my email it said some of the products were out of stock. So I emailed the help link and the person who responded didn't answer any questions in my email. She told me to "wait a few days" or be patient and see if my package arrived. I have no problem waiting on my package, but if one or more of the items were out of stock, I feel like I deserved more of a response than just "wait".
The worst online return experience I have ever had, still going back and forth with you for over a week now to get a warehouse address to return my items and get a refund.
The top runs small. I'm normally a large and this one is really tight.
One costume did not fit me correctly. I couldn't get through to Curve using their quoted email. It bounced back. Eventually I sent a message via the website and was helped very quickly. Unfortunately it is expensive to return to the US. This should be made more obvious when ordering or a UK return address should be provided.
The customer service was polite and helpful. No issues there. Thank you.
