Swimsuit snatches my mom pooch up and gives my boobs support! I feel so good in it.

I had a great experience shopping on the site. But when I received one of the three swimsuits I ordered it cams with snags already in the sewing. Threads were loose and hanging. So that didn't impress me.

I wanted a return and reached out by email. In their 1st reply they asked about what my regular size was and explain why the fit was wrong! I replied. No response. 2 days later I reached out again and again no reply. I have reached out a 4 th time and still have not sent me a return. This was all in the 15 day return policy. Perhaps this is the way they are trying to disqualify my return. I would not recommend you purchase from them. This is my honest opinion. I don't want anyone else to experience this.

Both swimsuits are comfortable, although the cup sizes are a bit big and honestly a bit low.

The sizing was way off on the bathing suit that I ordered. It fit in width but the torso was about half as long as my body. I have a very short torso and even this was too short for me. No free returns meant it was going to cost me more to return it that the suit is worth. I'll just donate it.

The feeling of the swimsuits and the designs I really loved but the fit for the three that I bought (2 one piece and 1 two piece) wasn't right. It was bit short in the torso for the one pieces and the top didn't feel secure being a bit too big on the two piece.

I ordered suits back in early February that have not arrived. I've messaged customer service several times and have not received a refund. They are stating I added an insufficient address which is not true but the package is lost. They also want to deduct shipping from my refund if it ever comes. This lost package is not my fault so why would I be charged shipping? I get canned responses that don't feel like they are written from a real person who cares to help. All round the customer service is frustrating and not at all customer friendly.

If you are like me and unsure about your size, don't order here. First problem: on the website, they are advertising "paying in 30 days" by PayPal, which would've been perfect because of the pretty high prices, but it didn't work. Surprise.
Nevertheless I ordered two pieces in two different sizes; one of them fit. Next problem: I wanted to send the rest back, so I had to write an email to the support team. They didn't offer a normal return. The reddest of all flags. So I did and they offered me a 5€ gift code and a 30€ refund. My order was a total of 150€. We went back and forth a couple mails, the refund offer became higher and they tried to convince me to keep the stuff instead of sending it back, quote: "you can give them to your friends".
Plus, the customers need to pay the return package back to the US. From Germany, that's about 30€. This is how they make their money. Don't order there unless you EXACTLY know your size.

Your sizes are for Asians and not suitable for North Americans. Very dissatisfied.

Order came on time and product was exactly what I ordered. Very good quality.

I needed to return something that didn't fit right. This had to be facilitated through emails, and they repeatedly tried to talk me into keeping the item and offering a small discount or credit or some such thing. When I finally got the return address, it had to be returned at my expense, and I had to provide tracking information. Still have not received my refund yet.

Wanted to return product due to fit, but emailed with no response. No phone number to contact the company. Very disappointed.

Horrible never got any help when I reach out to them they told me it had been delivered but I never received it

I ordered a bunch of different suits to try on decide which ones I liked the best. There is a 14 day return policy, which I had met, but it took 4 emails to get the return address from the company. They kept offering me lower refunds so that I wouldn't have to ship them back. Eventually they sent me the return address.

Items as expected, very well priced. I will order again.
