I ordered 4 items and wanted to send 2 back I was basically told when I emailed that they don't accept returns and wanted to give me a part payment instead. Too much haggling from them I ended up having to keep the items and was £16 down in pocket

There are so few days to return and one must reach out via email. I did email to initiate a return, as per their policy before the time frame expired and yet they do not follow up in order to complete the return. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Wish there was more of a selection of Long plus sized tankinis.I like the two pieces as it's easier to use the restroom. Unfortunately I have been unable to try on my purchases due to recent hospitalizations but I hope to soon

I bought 3 suits all the same size. One fit, one was huge on me, and one wouldn't go over my hips. You need to fix the sizing issue. These are supposed to be for curvy girls. I am not happy

The bathing suits that i ordered where to small. I wanted to return them. I was given this long drawn out process and then was told that I would have to pay to ship them back. I will never shop here again.

Tried to return but it is to USA and could not get the address- in the end agreed a £55 refund for £70 order. I do have two suits but neither fit.

The swimsuits were true to size and the quality was great. The shipping was a little slow but it was free.

Don't order from this company. They will string you along if you need to return anything. I bought $188 worth of suits that don't fit and they wont give me the return address to send them back. They keep offering $65 to keep the items. You have to pay to return them, which is fine with me. I just want my money back. Buyers bewared!
