I tried to get a refund and return however they wouldn't give me the return address

I was very happy with the quality of the swimsuit I ordered but I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange it. Doing so was an exercise in frustration. Getting in contact with them in the first place is difficult and they will only respond to your emails between 2 and 4 in the morning. They also refuse to give you the return address until the third email so it's a three day process to make the return. I also had to pay the return shipping myself. I'm looking forward to receiving my swimsuit in the correct size but I will not be ordering from this site again.

The delivery was a little bit longer than I expected but wasn't too long.

Took a lil while to receive. Order three bath suits, all same size but one did not fit. Then I had to pay a good amount to return the bath suit that did not fit. I do like the bath suits that do fit me.

I wanted to return one top and exchange another for a different size. Customer service is an absolute joke and no one would help me correctly and constantly try to get me to keep the product.

I was offered to keep the products for a part refund! They were too big and of no use to me! They clearly didn't want them back!

Extremely disappointed. I spent enough I earnt free shipping but was then charged almost $30 for shipping. What false advertising! The swim wear had minimal lining so is very see through in the lighter clouds. The swim skirt is poorly sewn and has a bulge on your bum so looks like you have a penis on your bum. Over all I would discourage you from wasting your money on the poor quality, poorly sewn swim wear..

I'm waiting on a response from a email I sent about a damaged swimsuit. I got a reply that said a ticket was made but nothing else. I hope you will let me exchange the swimsuit!

Items were shipped so quickly. The suits I ordered and the cover-up fit perfectly. I'm thrilled with Meetcurve!

I purchased 3 bathing suits in various sizes because I was unsure of the fit. I wound up keeping one of them and wanted to exchange one for another size and return the third. I read the return policy before purchasing and thought it would be fine. Instead of just letting me do what I wanted, I was offered partial refunds to keep the bathing suits! Why would I want to keep things that didn't fit? I went back and forth several times before I was given the return address. After I returned my purchase, it took almost a week to receive my refund. I will not be purchasing from them again. For the quality of merchandise, I'd rather purchase from Shein who I have never had a problem with.

Partly my fault but nowhere on their site does it say that returns have to go back to the US. I ended up taking a partial refund as it was almost cheaper than returning them.

Finally a website I can find pretty swimwear that fits me! Everything I ordered fit perfectly on me. Very comfortable and pretty patterns. I always feel conscious wearing bikinis. The swimwear dresses I ordered look lovely!

Terrible terrible returns service. Products were as described but only have returns centre in USA and returns payable by the customer. Marketed as a uk company. Offered minimal partial refund as an alternative
