The costumes were lovely but didn't fit. I contacted them for a refund and a shipping label. They offered 25% refund which is not acceptable. Getting a refund was difficult. Don't risk it.

Bit tricky to order at first, kept freezing using the Facebook link. Tried it using the website address and it worked fine

I hardly by swimsuits online. However I kept seeing these every where and decided to give it a try and I picked out one and once I received I was really wondering of this is going to fit. Well to my surprise it was perfect and I love it. Will definitely be ordering another one.

Horrible customer service! I want to return my order in full and get a refund because non of the suits fit me properly. Upon reaching out to customer service for a return authorization, I have been met with nothing but a run around. The customer service person is refusing to give me a real physical shipping address to return the products, and has not provided me with a return authorization number despite repeatedly asking now thru numerous emails. Instead they've tried to bribe me with a partial small refund to keep my items, despite repeatedly telling them I was to return all products and receive a full refund! Absolutely abhorrent customer service and completely unprofessional company!

It was a great experience. The only thing is, it took a long time to get delivered. It's the only place I could find a red top bathing suit.

I tried to return my items because the sizes were completely wrong, despite measuring myself before I placed the order. I understood that I would have to cover the cost of the return myself, however I was then told that the return address was in the USA. Being in the UK, it would end up costing almost as much to return, as the items themselves! Utterly shameful. Sort out your returns policy, so that people who purchase from the UK can return to the UK. Or, sort out your sizing so that people don't have to return their items at all!

Your website said no PO box so i sent to my house. I dont get USPS to my house so i never recieved my product. Ive emailed a dozen times no one has actually answered me. I can tell your customer service is chatGPT. Horrible company cant wait to get my money back. You suck.
